Last year when I was 14 I couldn't find a good job anywhere because of my age. Then I found out about a marine science place who was offer internships. I applied and was accepted. I later found out that they hadn't ever accepted anyone as young as me and last time the had a high school intern it had been a fiasco. Anyway I did really well and was awarded some awards in 4-H for it. This year they iinvited me back as a staff member and I accepted. I don't want to get a job even if it pays better because I believe internships look better on my college applications.
So what do you guys think? Have any of you ever been able to do an internship?
