Background: Raijin was trained since he was very young by his Father. Once his Father died he had gained enough magical skill to start his own school where he taught the Magicians and other classes how to use their abilities and strengths. Raijin retired later on and does not usually teach, he only make exceptions for the most powerful and gifted of young people.

Rai has trained all of the most famous Key masters and warriors in all of Kingdom hearts, and even some of the nobodies and heartless. He is known world wide for his great methods and wonders. Now he goes around the world collecting powerful weapons which he stores in his house to keep safe from the evil in this world. His further intentions are unknown, but it is fairly determined that he is good.
