You want to know what charm is?

It's time to enforce the rules, folks!

We hate to be finicky, but there are far too many rules that are being
overlooked or carelessly broken. This includes the profile and quest layouts, the trade titles, and dress code.

Profile and quest layouts:

The staff needs this order to be strictly followed so we can easily navigate through the threads to find what we need quickly. Everyone needs this order to be followed so we can all get equal information from each other. It just makes things a lot easier for all of us! The other side of the problem lies with the location of the format: the rules. If we don't see the format, it's easy for us to assume that the owner didn't read the rules or may have looked over other rules as well.

What will happen from now on if you don't follow the format that is in the rules? For quest threads, we won't edit it until the format is correct. For profiles we will post saying "Please follow the format." and then delete our post when it's correct.

Trade titles:
The reason we have the trade titles specific (character name - job - artist) is so that whoever is accepting the trade can easily go into the artist's profile thread and double check the payment and it makes it 10 times easier to connect complete owner to trade to payment.

What will happen from now on if you don't have the correct title? The trade will be canceled, simple as that. All you have to do after is send back the trade with the correct title and you're good! ^_^

Dress code:

These are some ideas for Host dress:
1 2 3 4
Basically just do what I did, type in "Mens' Formal Wear" into google image search and that's the kind of dress (for the most part) we are expecting for SHC's hosts. At this time we are not accepting any foreign dress for the hosts, even if they are formal in their native country.

This is the least formal your customer is allowed to get:
Female - 1 2 3 4
Judge it by "Would I wear this to an afternoon wedding?"
Male - 1 (Minus the jeans!) 2
The basic rule of thumb is 1: Dress shirt, 2: Vest or Coat, 3: Slacks & Dress Shoes.

Your customer IS allowed to have formal clothes from other nations but please have a reason for it, not just "Bob likes to wear kimonos all day!" And please~ don't go overboard, tiny details scare artists. D8

It's a way of getting the answer yes without having asked any clear question.
