Etsuko = Sparky or Frosty, depending on Yuzuki's mood.
Kujira = Toymaker
Baku= Keeper
Asami = Crinkly-chan
Mari= Drifter (-chan)
Gotoku = Seishi (-sama.. only because he's in a position of power... I think she rather liked Seiko... )
Yuuma = Splatter or Elegance
Darla = Speaker, occasionally Seer
Kamo= um.. not sure if they've met yet... probably 'Switch'
Suzuya= Sweet (a rather cynical remark on her part, actually. I'm certain that she doesn't really like him at all))
Orochimaru: Nasssty Snake (basically, that's it, though there are variations)
Kurome: Kittycat
Gahou: Inkwell
Genkei: Brushstrokes/Brush
Kabuto: Many-coat, Coat
Rain, Fallen Rain, Rain-that-fell etc: Yuzuki herself
Uchiha Inmetsu: Crazy-eyes

Vocab you should know
Mongoose: anything to do with anti-venom, killing snakes, going against Orochimaru, etc.
Jar: Jinchuuriki
Doll, puppet, mannequin: person, shinobi
Stitches: either literal sutures or her blood activated to heal or scab over wounds
Medicine: poison, sedatives..
Silence, sleep (and related words): usually kill
Death's Hounds: Hunter-nin/oinin
Dance: fight
Clothes: refers to the uniforms or change of dress style associated with various ranks for shinobi, also can refer to disguise or stealth measures
Ragdolls: corpses

Allegories used in the past
"the stone among the warriors"- reference to the Greek myth of the sowing of the dragons teeth; the armed men who sprang up from the teeth were defeated by their opponent throwing a large stone among them, over which they fought and killed each other. Points to starting a war between the Villages or countries by implicating allies and enemies of each Village for offenses against them.

The facets of Yuzuki
So... Yuzuki doesn't quite have MPD or DIO.. instead, she has different partially-formed personalities that tend to work together and occasionally combine/bleed into each other at times...
Hunter
Hunter is the aspect of Yuzuki that deals with activities related to Oinin, and has the most practice in stealth, precision, patience... silence. It tends to represent its presence by placing a Hunter's mask on Yuzuki's face, and rarely speaks. However, if it does, it is laconic at best, and just as cryptic as Yuzuki generally is, though often rather to the point.. well, as to-the-point as Yuzuki is able to get. It also generally exudes a faint(mostly-suppressed) aura of killing intent.
Healer/Medic
Again, this one is obvious. Medic is protective, professional, has a rather crummy bedside manner, and is possibly a medical genius. Medic is the only facet of Yuzuki that will speak directly, without twisting her words around her actual point.
Child/Monster
This aspect of Yuzuki is the wild, bloodthirsty part of Yuzuki, which holds a fascination with all things to do with pain, blood, and killing. It is ferocious and the only part of Yuzuki that is truly mad.
Truthsayer/Child
This is the vulnerable facet of Yuzuki. It is a mixture of innocent and jaded, and is the balancing force for the rest. It is generally calm, detached, and utterly focused all at once... no real other way to describe it. It is the origin of the cryptic speech patterns.
