These days mark an important day in my history. Last night was the first time I could ever ground and centre. While doing that I felt massive energy. I could cleanse myself with it. It was Mother's energy. I also learned how to take Her energy ((I swear it was an accident)). And today, I learned to feel energy from the very air itself.
What have you felt? What do those things feel like?

yeah at first for my grounding and relesing was sorta new but i havnt felt a rush like that yet i am still trying to really connect to mother and father...........

for me the energy feels like waves washing over me, grounding feels like a gentle release but the build up feels like a gyser.

Sometimes I feel a cold, healing energy go into me one time at random, does that count? xD

ahh, grounding. it took me good time to master, but i managed it, and now, i feel power surges going from my feet to my belly. It's very empowering.

wow, is it normal to NOT have problems grounding and centering? I've never had trouble raising, feeling or grounding.... (im not trying to brag im just honestly curious, I've never really heard of people having trouble with this specific thing) I thought these things came quite naturally. I didnt know people had trouble doing this. weird.
Anyways, gathering energy feels like a rush, almost like adrenaline, or being high(feelings very in intensity depending on how many people are involved). release feels like the very air has gone from heavy to weightless instantly, grounding feels like I'm balanced. and centering feels like I've found my inner quiet. Nothing moves, or anything, its just existing. When the connection is made directly to the divine/nature, its indescribable, there are no worries, its like what a christian would call a piece of heaven, it just feels that good.
Oh and congrats at your success!
