I think is Euro Gunz. They kept the basic aspects of gunz, of course adding premiums etc. Also unlike DR (the main competition) quests are working, with the same quest experience as LG had where you can buy items (free duh) to make bosses. Sadly, it seems there is a lot of downtime.
Also, I am from North America, and it is still surprisingly the fastest server for me. Check it out! (just google Euro Gunz)

Hmm interesting, I also saw a bit of Black Phoenix GunZ, though I think its down for good now, ah man it looked soo kick a**. o.o They allowed L swords to block and flip, they made some Ghost boss. Oh man it looked so awesome.

lol.. all prems are bounty items.. bounty items cost 0.. you can buy bosses.
lvl 60 now -_-
EDIT:
EGunz has too many hackers apparently..
For me, DRGunz is the best pserver.. it has their own anti hack system, if you try using a hack, it will automatically ban you ( i hink IP ban )
x30 the exp ( more than EGunz i think )
all prems are bounty items ( duh )
inf bounty ( for endless bosses )
Events EVERYDAY ( Yes, everyday )

I like how active the DRGunz staff are, but the server is lacking and laggy. I saw a picture of someone using a really old dll in it, and he wasn't banned.
Euro Gunz has the inevitable hacking waves here and there, but believe me, they do something about it sweatdrop

lol.. anyone that hacks in DR = auto ban
the client itself has a auto detect and IP Bans you on the spot.
