Story line
Kathradia is a land embittered in constant battle between the four kingdoms that make it up. The Aguanix live on the Aquasian Isles, in the Kathradian Sea. Shades are specially adapted to inhabit the highly toxic volcanic regions of Lavasis. The jungle region of Jungulok is ruled by the trickery Tiggra and their less clever counterparts Viera and humans, while in contrast, the snowy region of Blizaran is conquered by the hardy and foolish of all the races. Above these four kingdoms is the final and neutral kingdom of open air: Skyseris. Moogle, Dragona, Viera, and humans rule the skies here; Elves are deemed a sort of infestation, living anywhere and everywhere. The four primary kingdoms of Aquasian, Jungulokian, Lavasisian, and Skyserisian are monitored by one of the four Dragon Elders.
Five hundred years before, the Dark Lord Karnax of Lavasis was vanquished…but not the main sect of his followers. Those remaining have been futilely trying to reawaken their Dark Lord, and resume the crusades against the four kingdoms; with Him at their sides, they can only have victory. Forgetting the Lavasisians for a moment, the kingdoms are at peace with one another. Their armies and knights are cooling their heels in barracks, while their air machines are rusting away in the hangars. Aside from the occasional pirate threat, the armies have had no use for five hundred years; peace is a sweet poison.
But, legend speaks of six Dragon Riders for the kingdoms, in Dark Lord Karnax’s age. Of how the dragons will return to the rightful descents of these riders, when Karnax’s awakens once more. The people long for this day…but dread it as well. For the legend also says that Karnax’s mount will only awaken when He draws breath again.

Varik was roaming through the plains on the outskirts of Skyseris, when he came across a mysterious black stone under a tall tree. He squinted as it gleamed in the sunlight. Varik shaded his eyes with his hand. Putting his arm down, he approached the stone. He kneeled down and picked it up. "Im sure this will get me a great amount of gold tallons, at the pawn shop", he said as he stood up, rubbing a smudge of dirt off the stone and headed back into town.

A powerful earthquake surged over the whole planet,violent storms randomly appeared over the globe,natural disasters were going off every where."Finally,I am free!"Karnax roared from a stone a random passerby was holding.A sickly green glow covered the stone and evil runes lit up all over it; out of the stone came a wisp of black smoke,it soon materialised into The Dark Lord Karnax."Thank you mortal.You have reliesed me from my imprisonment so that I may rule this land for all eternity!"A dark and evil voice said,it appeared to be coming from every where at once."Now go my herald,spread word of The Dark Lords return,so that they may cower in fear."He said,his voice going straight through the mortal who had picked up the stone.(Varik).A split second later he disappeared,reappearing in his cults main HQ.They all suddenly stopped,and started preying and bowing to their master."Prepare my dragon."He ordered,some cultists hurried off,intent on doing their masters wishes.

Varik ran off into the town Square, "he has returned... Dark Lord Karnax has returned", he shouted.
The towns people stared at the boy, running through the streets. "I think hes gone mad", an old man yelled.
Varik ran to the palace in the center of the city. Airships were flying above the massive structure before him. Guards surrounded the palace, and two rather large Dragonas in armor blocked the great doors, leading inside. He approached the Dragona guards.
The guards crossed their golden axes infront of the doorway. "Has the Queen requested your presence here?" the one on the right asked.
"No but..."
"Then leave at once", the guard on the left demanded, interupting the boy.
But... I have impor..."
They both pointed there axes at him, "leave... or we will have to deal with you personally".
"Ok... fine... I'll leave", he said glaring at them before he spun around and walked away.

Suzuka paced the docks eagerly, awaiting her father to come home. Sitting down, she took off her shoes and let the water brush up against her bare skin. A hot summer's day... her favorite time of the year. She put her hands in her lap and concentrated on making the water move. "No such luck," she muttered to herself, sighing heavily.

Varik walked up to the man who had called him. This man was dressed in royal threads. "Thank you greatly sir... I have urgent news for her majasty", he informed him.
The guards nodded in confirmation with Baru, and stepped aside.
