What a movie. What a delightfully bad movie, with some of the funniest sketches. Frank getting maced by silly string. That's all the motivation you should need to go watch this little gem. Though towards the end, it really starts to drag. If you watch it on youtube, just to warn you, parts 6, 9, and 10 are put up by a different person cuz for whatever reason the OP couldn't get those parts up.

It is most decidedly a fine example of the "Teen Morality Play Subgenre". A most popular peice during the fifties, these used ham-fisted tactics and gross generalization to blame all the sociological and moral problems of the world today on a single cause (drunkenness, marjuana, pornography, etc.) Other examples include Girl's Town, Kitten with a Whip, I Accuse My Parents, and Reefer Madness.
