6 ) Make new topics at any time in the random sub-forum
7 ) You can make topics for conversations between certain people (ex. NatsumiWolfSC, wonder_blue_or_KT)
8 ) If there's a topic that looks like add categories in by post, please don't mess it up and post something stupid in it
9 )Introduce yourself in the welcome sub-forum
10 ) No page stretching
