TL;DR: Read the damn post. mad
- Issue One: Text format rules
Now this, I perfectly understand, should one use either uber bright text against uber small or gigantic font sizes. But there has been an inforced law about how people with large text or people with small text are now unable to use their tek formats because of this. I personally believe this rule should be abolished, because some people like to stand out from the crowd. I myself am suffering from astigmatism and if I'm really tired, dyslexia. larger fonts help me out a whole lot because even sitting a good foot and a half away from my monitor, I still have trouble seeing most text. [ by the way, this is while using an 8:6 screen resolution ].
- Issue Two: Posting 'over PG-13 images'
This is the one that is pissing me off the most right now. Coco as well. I understand that Gaia has a PG-13 rule, but no where in the Terms of Service or in the Rules and Regulations does it say we are forbidden to post such. I mean seriously, if Coco is banned for that, that's absolute bull. She made it that it was a link, not an image. Those who wished to see it could have. Not just moved it and give her a "warning."
IE: Cyber screenshots in towns w/o text bubble.
I was a CB'er before I was a GD'er, and I was a GD'er before I was a GCD'er. I know how moronic most trolls can be. You have to be ******** shitting me if you say you've never seen cybering before in your life. It's been around since the internet was born, and as much as I hate to admit: There's worse things that two avatars that are sitting in way that's weird. I've been goatse'd, I've been Hai2u'd, I've been tub'd. I've watched 2girls1cup the entire way through. and yet, 3 or more goddamn images that are not naked or anything = thread moving + warning?
I've seen worse topic titles and yet no one does s**t about that do they?
- Issue three: The way the guild is run.
I already know I'm gonna hear the 'if you don't like it then leave' crap.
Stuff it. seriously. I moderate three guilds and I vice an inactive guild. one of them being the prestigeous Mil-A-Day Giveaway. I've NEVER seen such mayhem in my guilds as I see here. We crack down on threads that have titles that can be taken an obvious way.
example: This topic that was locked in the Lucky Duckies Guild
The original topic title was something along the lines of "Frothy Banana C*M". I edited it since we all knew what the title was, and then the guild captain locked it when it started making drama out of an irrelvant subject.
and yet...I see topics asking us users what we can do to help their poor life? I see topics that have blatantly vulgar topic titles, and there isn't anything done...?
Do we have to kiss a** in order to be respected by everyone? That's poor judgement on one's character. ._.; It makes me feel like the users are separated as thus:
Captain: Goddess
Vice Captains: Goddess's Children
Crew: Messengers
Members: The poor people in the world.
If anything, I would like AMICABLE INPUT from the users that mod this guild, and I don't want to see bullshitted points of view. No "It's the rules," that's absolute bull. Fine, use that, we'll counteract you with "Rules are meant to be broken". You can ban Coco and I, but please note that I've read the rules of this guild, I've read the ToS, I've read the R&R, and I haven't done anything to break any of the rules I've been given. I'm simply giving feedback and asking for Opinions. Banning me isn't going to do anything but possibly fire up a shitstorm and prove me right.
I also bet that this will be moved.
But seriously, be mature. Leave it. This is for EVERYONE to be aware of.
