I understand you're all getting impatient and losing hope and wonder what happened to your accounts. I have tried to compile a short guide to tell you what you generally can expect is going on with your account in certain circumstances.
In short:
Don't send in additional appeals. That might be considered abuse of the report system. Just don't do it. If you haven't got a reply to it yet, it hasn't been processed.
In a bit more detail:
It appears that the rest of the appeals will be handled in order of appearance in the ordinary hacking report queue. This means unbannings should hopefully pick up again soon, since that queue currently is down to two months or less.
*If you haven't received a reply specifically for your BAN310-appeal, Gaia hasn't processed your appeal yet. (Note that this is not a guarantee, rather the way it's supposed to be.)
*If you've received a reply to a regular email or a feedback form message, that isn't necessarily final. Try to find out if the reply was from the BAN310-appeals, that is, from the Hacking report form.
*If you've received a reply specifically for your BAN310-appeal, that is final.
*If you haven't filled out a BAN310-appeal before the time limit ended (March 31), there's not much you can do. Sorry. =(

BTW if anyone has followed the latest unbannings, it would seem like the hacking queue has begun to reach the March 10 appeals now, with 3 known unbannings in 4 days' time. ^___^
Now let's hope it's time for the rest of you! =)
