The air was always fresher and crisper after the rain, and Kamui watched his silver glow as it reflected in the last rippling water drops of a pond. He was silhouetted against the darkening sky, and he lifted his majestic antlers, trying to judge just how much time he had left in the day. Not much, he assessed, thus he sighed heavily, longing for the warmth of a familiar golden glow, though not that of the sun.

The golden glow the male sought for wouldn't come. Instead it would a amethyst female that intruded on his presence. "Kamui?" Lilith watched him through her damp mane.
Rain had been a welcome relief after the hot day. She still wasn't quite dry from it.

Kamui's ears perked hopefully. This voice was almost familiar, and it was his name, so he anxiously turned. His joy fell to confusion as he faced this unfamiliar goddess who still held some feeling of Keisha. He heaved himself to his feet, eyes scanning the female, and took special note of the cruel horns on her head, and crescent on her flank.
For a reason he could not recall, that phase marking was familiar. Kamui was sure he'd seen it before, and on purple, no less. His silvery brows furrowed, but he could still not remember from where he had seen it. Thus he cleared his throat, and inquired, "How do you know my name, when I don't know yours?" It was eerie how familiar she was to him, though they'd never crossed paths.

"I've heard of you," That Goddess purred. Her cruelty was like a cloak worn with pride, only surpassed by her mother. "Heard of a stupid, laughable male." Oh, he was. How dare he try and take something that belonged to her and her alone. What had been hers long before he had come, and would continue to be long after he was gone.
"I had to come see for myself." Lilith padded a wide circle around the ice-like Stag. Pupilless eyes looked over him. Weighing him.

Kamui was chilled by this female, but he was coy. "Surely he and I are not one and the same." He turned to her, blank and icy stare meeting her silver one. It was very uncomfortable to him, the feeling of being a prey item, or the circle around a previously felled animal. His ear flicked, and his tail switched.
"But tell me, who has told you of me?" He said, as gears in his mind slowly tried to click into place.

"Oh, I'm sure." But the male was prey. Her prey, and it would be a successful hunt. "I have learned of you from someone... you shouldn't be with."

Kamui looked around him, though he was sure that other than this intimidating female, he wasn't with anyone. His gaze hardened and he frowned, shudders gone from his body. "What do you have to do with Keisha?" It wasn't a question as much as it was a demand for an answer.
