Personally I like all of them except the old man from the first game, and the stupid owl in the OoT. Other then those two I like all of them.

I enjoyed Ezlo from Minish Cap. He didn't get very repetitive and he usually had something humorous to say.

most of them were cool, the owl was annoying but it's fun catching a ride for the nice sky view of hyrule.

My favourite, hands down, is Tatl. Just because of they play on names, and that she rings like a little bell. >w< (I have a fascination with bells, shut up).
But my second favourite is Midna, she's so insulting, I love her. XD
