Personality:
The ekichuu does have influence over it's host's personality, though it doesn't give them an entirely different demeanor. It, instead, brings the host's personality to it's utmost extremes. Example; if one was a kind hearted, caring individual, the ekichuu would more than likely turn them into a pansy. If one was well-rounded but somewhat truculent, it would turn them into a belligerent lunatic. If one were stoic, they would remain indefinitely stoic to the point where they almost seemed uncaring. There have been cases where the host has brought these levels of change to a lower tier, but the effect still remains nonetheless.
Appearance:
Nice looking Bloodlimit:
The inner workings of a Yadosukisei host's anatomy is complex due to metamorphosis sustained from a symbiotic bond with a parasite which feeds off of it's host's chakra. When harboring these "bugs" which, from now on, will be referred to as "ekichuu", significant changes are made to the anatomy, by the parasite, to ensure it's safety while nestled inside the host. Upon first entering the host's body, the ekichuu secretes hormones that influence epiphyseal fusion and ossification of the skeleton, namely the thoraric cage. This manipulates the growth of the ribs into forming a solid mass of interlaced bones which protect the thoraric cavity from strong assails. Muscle growth throughout the body is stimulated due to the ekichuu's influence as well as cell regeneration and bodily damage repairing, though not at rates alarming enough to take viewable notice.
Yadosukisei very rarely get sick and don't succumb to the effects of poison for long. This is due, primarily, to the fact that the ekichuu, once inside of the host, begins to mutate it's host's inner physiology to adapt it's noxious presence. The host's blood serves as the sustenance for a "consuming" archaebacteria which transmogrifies the white blood cells to acquire the effects of poisons rather than eliminate them. These poisons are kept in specific glands and are reproduced readily once obtained. This eventually leads to them becoming a carrier of a various malicious toxins. Yadosukisei are those introduced to the symbiotic parasite at birth, thus, the changes have no malignant effects to their hosts. The modifications made to the anatomy of an innate ekichuu host begin to take effect during puberty, being built up accordingly since birth. This is the primary explanation as to why they aren't troubled by their body's baneful, yet beneficial, development. The ekichuu, when implanted at birth, regulates how much chakra it must obtain from it's host to keep their bond as strong as possible. If one is infected by an ekichuu at later ages, there are three outcomes that could take place.
1. Death; Some people's physical make-up simply can't handle the extreme changes brought on by the parasite. The body will corrode from the inside out.
2. Sickness; Falling deceased is not the only outcome of infection. One may survive the transplant and feel fine for days before feeling the effects of change taking place. They will fall critically ill for a time as their bodies cope with the poisonous accommodations brought on by the ekichuu. Upon recovery, chakra usage should be kept at a minimum due to the ekichuu regulating how much chakra should be withdrawn. If chakra consumption, from a shinobi, is too great, the ekichuu will take habitually utilize a great amount of chakra due to over-estimating the host's strength. If removed too readily by a medical assistant, it could lead to the death of the soon-to-be host and/or other malignant deformities.
3. Synchronization; SOME people have the perfect "vessel" for the ekichuu to inhabit. These people acquire a terrible sickness for one day only, after being infected, before the symptoms fade away. The ekichuu then makes the bodily changes over a span of three months before finally completing. The estimated ratio sits at 5:100 meaning that out of every one hundred individuals, only five of them are perfect host bodies.t.
Ekichuu are spread from user to user by performing a bloodlimit technique that causes the original parasite to undergo meiosis to create a duplicate. It is then let loose to find a host in which it burrows into any orifice found. If the duplicate fails to enter a body after a certain amount of time, it will die due to malnutrition. If a Yadosukisei is cut their viscous blood remains extremely poisonous which effects varying from dizziness, involuntary muscle spasms, blindness (if eyes are contacted), and cancerous infection (if open wounds are contacted).
Another trait given to the host, by the ekichuu, is the ability to "leech" chakra from an individual's body. Another row of sharper teeth appear behind his regular "human" teeth when the mandible is dropped to increase the strength of a bite. If the tongue is brought forward, two things can occur.
1. Venom is deposited via the needle tongue.
2. Chakra is withdrawn via the needle tongue.
It wouldn't be totally wrong to compare his tongue to a syringe as poison can be spit and injected. Poisons of an ekichuu may not be spit onto any type of weaponry due to the fact that weapons are composed of inorganic material and an ekichuu's poison will only react toward an organic component. Spitting an ekichuu's poison on weaponry is about as practical as spitting normal saliva onto a knife.
appearance: Those born with the ekichuu are subdued to it's hormone increases, raising their muscle density and bone structure. This give Yadosukisei a much larger body frame than others except for girls. They also develop "slit-like" openings across their cheeks and chin which allows their mandibles to drop and expose their tongues. Those infected (not born) with the ekichuu's blood vessels will swell and become visible throughout the epidermis.
personalities: The ekichuu does have influence over it's host's personality, though it doesn't give them an entirely different demeanor. It, instead, brings the host's personality to it's utmost extremes. Example; if one was a kind hearted, caring individual, the ekichuu would more than likely turn them into a pansy. Techniques: To many to list
History:
In folktales that spoke of the various clans searching for supremacy throughout the lands, one would always mention how it was their utmost goal to shine over all other clans to remain sovereign to the title of "most powerful dynasty". But what if you were born, in lineage, to the world's first abomination? It is still, to this day, unknown as to where these creatures came from though they are believed to be the biological ancestors to the kikaichu utilized by Konohagakure's Aburame clan. There was no blood contract signed to establish the clan as permanent host to the ekichuu and it, in fact, was discovered by accident by Ichidaite Nagano. The Kusagakure artist/merchant often found himself being harassed by the local shinobi due to his lack of fighting prowess and ability to defend himself. He would eventually accept this lower-tier lifestyle as his "fate" and routinely endure the abuse brought on by those who were sworn to protect him. He had other things to worry about, like this then pregnant wife.
He found himself having an afternoon like many others, being ridiculed by the same clique of shinobi through their random patrol hours. To him it was water off a duck's back, he simply ignored the abuse and went on with his activities as regularly scheduled. To get away from it he, often, visited a river basin not too far away from Kusa to relax. There was nothing particularly special about the location other than the sentimental value Nagano-sama felt for it. He often drank from it and returned home with a jug full of it to use for numerous other things. Never once did he think to boil the water, a precaution one almost always should take before drinking foreign waters but to him they were far from foreign. Or so he thought.
It was when he became terminally ill one day that he began to suspect the quality of something he had ingested. His food was never eaten raw which only left one thing -- the river water. The day he was sick, he felt, was the worst day of his life. He had never obtained a fever of such great heights. He felt like his head was going to explode and, although delirious, chanted for death. Even more strange was his recovery time -- he felt completely better from his "worst" sickness the very next day only to find that his right eye had no pupil, iris, or corona. When seeking medical attention, they informed him of a parasitic insect forming within his body. Being kept under medical surveillance, the following was discovered about the parasite:
It was an aquatic creature that remained in a hibernative state when on land. However, once infesting the water (and Nagano's body) the parasite sprung to life and became hyperactive. The parasite, when within water, sprouted tentacle-like flagella from its body to move around. The undeveloped parasite was found between the lungs, beneath the heart, where it could tap into the spinal cord.
What surprised doctors more was his response to having the parasite removed -- which was an almost feral, savage response of discontent. They, however, were bound by his word and could not operate, though they were still puzzled as to what the parasite could have been. Months passed until finally the day his wife finally gave birth to his first son, Rikidozan. The night of sei's birth, Nagano held his child in his arms and stared into the moonlight while his wife slept. It was then that this atrocity of a ritual would originate. It is still unknown whether it was his own will, or the parasite's, but an infant form of the ekichuu was allowed passage into his child's ear canal.
Since it's first discovery, the parasitic 'ekichuu' has evolved from a simple parasite to the backbone of an entire collection of shinobi. Nagano's only explanation of his actions were uttered softly into the moonlight.
"My Daughter will not be a weakling as I was."
