Maji strolled through through the bottoms of the forest on the dirt. It was unusual for Tokoro to just wander around on the ground, even with young Kits most preferred the tree tops. He looked around and checked the area over again. It wasn't a official duty but he enjoyed making sure the clan and territory was safe.
The wind blew thickly through the tree tops, shaking them wildly, parrots squeaked at the higher tops and flew from the disturbance. When the wind hit the floor bottoms it was merely a warm breeze, shaking the small scrubs around Maji lightly.

Artemis had actually wandered far from her pack area, well not really far, but enough to not be in it anymore. She wasn't just a bit curious about what else could be out there. She had been on a mission for a long time. She always enjoyed meeting new Tokoro and that was what she was determined to do today!
Though, she was hopping along though the tree tops, the wind blowing though her mane as she raced along. She wouldn't have even noticed the male Tokoro until a gust of wind shook her branch. She would have completely fallen to the ground had her tail not wrapped around the branch. She blinked lightly and glanced around until she spotted him, then she dropped form the branch. She shook herself off and then bounced over toward him.

Surpriesed, Maji's ears flicked back then forward. The wind had knocked a Tokoro out the tree! "Strong wind today!" He hollowed out to her as a greeting as she bounded up. He couldn't help but smile thinking of it raining females.

Artemis laughed lightly and nodded her head. Of course, she was just naturally a clumsy person, but she didn't feel the need to bring that part up. No need to have him laughing at her. "I'll say! It's nice to meet you out here though! I'm Artemis!" She said, coming right out and introducing herself. She was always a self-forward type or Tokoro. She hated to drag things out.

"My name is Maji" he followed her boldness. "Its nice to meet you" he sat down, curling his tail up. The wind was still blowing the tree tops up. "What brings you out and about today?"

Artemis was loved the feel of the wind against her fur. She felt like spinning, but she decided against embarrassing herself, yet again. "Well, I was just wondering around really. I like getting out to see the world! It's so boring to stay in one place for too long. What are you doing, wandering around on the ground?" She asked. She was always running though the trees, so she found it a bit odd that he had been walking around on the ground.

"I like to inspect the territory every so often, there is a lot of things you can't spot from the trees down here on the ground." He let the wind blow over him too, closing his eyes. "Like this warm breeze, its so strong up at the top of the trees, down here its gentle." He smiled warmly opening his eyes again.

Artemis nodded her head, though she really didn't know what could be out there to harm the pack. Though, she had to agree with the whole wind thing. "Trust me! I've noticed the difference in the wind by now! Crazy different!" She said, nodding her head again.

"Yes its quite a breeze up there!" He chuckled and stood back up, "What tribe are you from my dear?" he inquired, curious about her origins, he knew most of his tribe but there was peace amoung the four tribes as of now so he wasn't much concerned with shooing her out.

Artemis ran her paw through the dust for a brief moment, slightly distracted by something. Though, eventually the question registered in her mind and he head shot up again. "I'm visiting from Hujan. No one was really around so I just kinda wandered off."" She said, realizing then she wasn't even sure what tribe she had wandered into. "Which reminds me, where am I?" She asked, with a goofy smile on her face now.

"Your in Udara Territory but don't worry, there are no disputes right now, care to stroll around with me then? I could always use company on inspections." He smiled warmly, she almost reminded him of a kit, still learning the ways, he suddenly felt much older though, than he was.
That just made him smile more and walk past her slightly, looking back in invitation. "Its always nice to have someone to chat with"

"Okay! I was kinda worried there for a second!" Artemis sighed, sighing with relief. She felt a little silly, but she quickly shook it off. She was happy that he wanted her company, there was nothing she hated worse then having someone want her to go away. "Sure! Wandering around with you seems like a nice adventure!" She said, her tail wagging gently behind, making small marks on the gournd behind them.
"I know, right? I hate being all alone and having no one to talk to! It make life so boring! You have to just jump out and ride life as much as possible!" She said, nodding her head. She really hated dull days, but it seemed today was going to provide excitement.

Maji laughed warmly, "Alright then! Off we go, I know a good tree with my favorite snack in it that is nearby." He assured her and pressed on. "So what have you been up to today since waking?" he asked her, making gentle conversation with her. His tail also swayed, but he held his higher.

Artemis smiled, she was getting slightly hungry so the idea of a snack was nice. "Not much! I've just been hopping around! Other then check out the area, have you done anything else?" She asked, glancing up at him before returning her attention to the path.

Maji imagined the female hoping around in the tall grasses and smiled to himself. "Well I reflected a babysitting duty onto some younger teens" he walked on, "but other than that I really haven't done too much." they reached the bottom of a thick tree. "Do you like breadfruits?" he asked, before reaching up to the tree. He knew several fruit trees in the area, but breadfruit was his personal favorite.
