Character name: Sheogorath, Prince of Madness, Lord of the Never-There, Sovereign of the Shivering Isles Character race: Daedra Character class: Daedric Prince Character Weapon: Staff of Sheogorath, WabbajackCharacter's spells: Madgod's Blessing - inflicts madness upon all races, must roll to determine both duration and level of effect. Teleportation- only when attacked, will teleport player into the skies above the Shivering Isles dropping them to an instant death.

Character name: Adia Nicofra Character race: Human of uncertain heritage (Imperial with traces of Noridic blood) Character class: Barbarian (but swap out the Armorer skill with the Acrobatics Skill) Character Birthsign: The Lover Character Weapon(s) (please incudle a sheild if he/she is using one): A Steel Cutlass (with the hand guard specially reinforced to make punching someone with it hurt that much more), and a big Stick Character's spells (if he/she can use magic): No spells, just racial and birthsign abilities. Star of the West (takes stamina from you and gives it to me), Voice of the Emperor (a medium strength charm effect), and The Lover's Kiss (10 seconds of paralysis on a touch, a the cost of most of my stamina) Character's hometown: Born in a small village near Bruma, but has lived in the Imperial city for the last few years.

If it was up to me, I'd say no but you could have a sheild that gives you like 100% spell resistance. Something like the gray Ageis.

As far as I'm concerned you can have it, as long as it wasn't supposed to be in a particular place before the events of Oblivion since this takes place before it. As long as it doesn't make you a supercharacter it doesn't matter to me much. Besides anything that can be misused can be taken away xd
