I've seen them. our directors were thinking of getting them.
I'd love to see a show with them, however, I'm not sure if I could spin them. lol. I'm a rifle chick.
And, I would think, 'Hey! I'm spinning a rifle!' But... doesn't it spin like a sabre? I'd LOVE to spin it, but it'd take crazy lots to get used to it. xD

They'll get just over used like that double swing fla surprise in a show. And unless youre amazing, it looks really bad.
Plus, I feel it's a cheaper way out of getting good a rifle or sabre. It doesn't weigh as much as a rifle, yeah that' great. But a rifle looks strong, these just look cheap.

They're interesting. I've never used one but I remember after seeing them used for DCI 2008 a lot of schools used them for that marching season and winterguard season. But this year I hardly saw anyone use them. I think this is because (at least in winterguard) they were considered props not weapons. But I so want to try it if i get the oppertunity
