Fae looked about her, the night was just starting and the air was already begun to cool. She shivered and turned over onto her back in the cool grass, looking up at the stars. They glistened and shined reminding her of her own shiny fur. It was times like this when she missed having Cal around, she hadn't seen in a while and during nights like these the warmth and company would be nice.
A gentle breeze swept past again, making her curl her limbs together. why is it so cold tonight? Everything for the most part was quite around her except for the occasional rustling in the bushes and 'curps' of the crickets in the field.

Night gazed over the silver shone fields; Kuu cocked his head to watch the sky, slithering a long, clean cut lick upon his paw as he ran it smoothly behind his ear. It had been a while since he had been in the presence of anyone, by this point he felt as though he must of wandered within the rogue lands. He sighed, pondering the absence of others and edged himself back onto his paws, making his way through the grass as the soft breeze brushed them gently beside his legs. Kuu couldn't help but let out a light chuckle and a small smile to match.
At first, he thought he was going crazy... The glass blinking, sparkling madly under the sky. To be honest he was rather feeling as if he was mistaking it for a group of fire flies, that is until a bright shine of pink caught his attention; Perked ears caused him to creep forward in curiosity, his maw lowered slightly. Unfortunately, even if he is logical about going around things he felt a rough object beneath him and a 'crack' to match. Way to go for being stealthy He thought, not being able to bring himself to move away from what it was, but to simply halt in his tracks.

A 'crack' from behind her caught Fae's attention and she rolled over to her paws and adjusted her eyes to where the noise came from. Orange and White caught her eyes attention. Was it another Ulaya? Her ears twisted slightly to the side as she eyed the frozen object. "Hello? Are you there?" she asked curiously, taking a couple step backwards before standing.
She was an easy on to catch of guard and to surprise, most of the time her reactions were driven why adrenaline, other times by fear. She stood her ground as she waited for a response, her antenna twitching slightly on her head.

A girl...? The soft voice re-assured him and she looked more afraid as she coward backwards, shifting over her paws. Kuu just chuckled at how silly he had been; She was very pretty he had to give her that, but nothing to be startled about except from her unique patterns. Standing upright, a small kind smile grew upon his maw, bowing his head whilst slowly nearing the female. Not close enough to scare her off though.
"I'm sorry if I startled you, I just saw your markings. It made me curious and as they say curiosity killed the cat" he chuckled lightly, grasping eye contact with her to show full attention. He was never one to be so rude. Sitting down, he shifted his head to see the sky, turning his attention back on her. "Lovely night isn't it?"

Fae squinted against the dark night to catch sight of whatever it was, her head tilting back and forth, her ears flattened against her head.
As he stepped closer, into the of the moon she caught sight that him. A ulaya, a male, but nothing too intimidating. She sighed in relief. This was the second time time she had been snuck up on. At least in her eyes. Her ears lifted and she straighted slightly. "I- It's alright..." she giggled, reassuring both herself as well as him. "I get a little jumpy sometimes." she blushed, wiggling her tail slightly. Looking up at the sky she smiled again, then looked back to the male, but not making eye contact. "Yeah.. yeah, it is"

"Well you have every right to be jumpy, especially on a night time out here alone. Its not safe" he nodded, explaining in a low soft tone. Watching her curiously, he noticed how she stuttered and shied away from eye contact completely as a small "ahh I get it" lowly grasped his breath. 'she's shy' He was nothing to be seen as intimidating thats for sure unless you were questioning his knowledge on the world.
"So young miss, may i accompany you for a little while?" He asked politely, tipping his head in a bow, chuckling lightly. The moon's rays made her sparkle even more, Kuu thought it really was amazing, maybe that was what was keeping him here longer.

Fae could understand his logic. She'd been hearing that alot lately 'not safe'. Smiling she nodded. "Yeah I guess not" she answered blushing, tucking her head low.
Lifting her head to meet his eyes for a moment she nodded again trying to keep her smile at least slightly hidden. But she suspected it wasn't working. "Yeah... I think i'd like that." she said, her cheeks growing even warmer than they already were. "I... I was just watching the stars." she whispered just loud enough for him to hear as her gaze slowly lifted to the sky and all the wonder it held at night. "They're just so... pretty." She settled down in the grass, her back flopping back down. Giggling softly she looked over at her company and smiled. I wonder if he ever does this... With that thought she left her eyes scan his body. He reminded her abit of the fall, with the orange and yellow. Colors of the changing leaves.

Kuu let a soft accepted smile grace his features, glad that she had been kind enough to let him keep her company. He wondered what she was doing a first just falling backwards, was she alright? Then her utter most obvious gaze gave her away 'Ahh I see, she is staring at the stars' He chuckled lightly at the realization of the matter and slowly trotted by her, at first he felt a little childish but the feeling wandered as he dropped backwards by her side, his paws lifted to his chest and two large eyes wandered the night sky and its beautiful balls of light dotted in random spaces.
It was kind of nice having someone to look at them with, he had never met someone who would blush in his acquaintance, it had been hard to see through her already pink markings and under that sparkle brushed coat it was very stealthy, being an observer though he had only just managed to grasp it. "yes they are very pretty indeed. They spread light over this out casted land, and has a skill of turning even a wasteland into something special." He smiled a little wondering if she was one to think the same, or whether she liked to look at them for show.
