Hmph... I Neji Hyuuga will act as your current Hokage... I will be assigning all the missions from the guild home page and will require all of u to meet up with me atleast once per week. I will also rank all of you according to how well you do and how many missions you complete. As of this moment you are all Genin. I have a total of 10 slots for chunin and 5 slots for jonin... 3 special slots are reserved for Sagnin and they will become my moderaters and help me to run the guild. I also will be grading you on the look of your avitars... wether or not you look like your charecter or not. Other things will also sway my decisions such as recruiting on your own, or donatind to our guild... don't worry, the money in the guild will only be spent on the guild and its members, not on my personal wishes. All leaf village shinobi!!! Fall out and give your name and a cheer for our guild if you accept these statements.
