Seth, the top scientist and suprisingly a decent 'warrior' of Melior. He has full range over the cities scientific sections while Edward E. Straus is the figure head of the city its self. None forget that Seth is the one who truely owns everything, but he does not care enough himself.
This fantastic city lays in a valley not too far from GIT, which unfortunately means GIT's troubles might then become Melior's.
Where Seth and his vision came from are quite the mystery. He is a strange and apparently some what troubled man, too engrossed in his work to care for much else. One day he simply appeared in the world, any papers on him seemingly do not exist. Only those close enough to him will learn the truth.
Melior Tech

Mission Statement: Melior Tech wishes to bring the advancement of science and technology in all areas of life. To make that perfect weapon and armor as well as cosmetics and luxuries of life.
Complex: The facility could be more closely related to a small city roughly 1 square mile. This city is in the center of a deep natural crater, secluding it from the world in the hopes that what is done will go unhindered by anyones involvement or random occourances of nature. With a few devces in place already this should remain true. The main scientific complex sits as a large figure head in the center of the city with a few branches in other feilds elsewhere, biology and herbology have their own section in the city for example. The city is also broken up like this with entertainment on one block, the market another, and residential elsewhere. These people live and work here, some test products, most use sanctioned ones, but they all have one thing in common and that is the belief that Melior will create a better world, they for one are already living in the beginings of it.
