Do you think that it is possible that Kojima could have trick us this whole time and Snake is really not that old? Because he has tricked us in past with Metal Gear Solid 2 by having Raiden and the plant chapter. And a little in 3 by having that Raiden mask too.

Yes, he has even showed us a trailer with Snake at a young looking age. It's just safe to assume the unexpected though.

snake ISNT that old, its the cloning process thats made the cellular degeneration happen which is making him decay, that and foxdie, its not normal old age

Twisted Thinker snake ISNT that old, its the cloning process thats made the cellular degeneration happen which is making him decay, that and foxdie, its not normal old age I know it's not normal aging but I am saying maybe Kojima made that stuff up to surprise us.

I think FoxDie had nothing to do with snake's aging, *highlight here....*It's just Snakes natural lifespan.....Naomi(sp?) reveals this in one of the chapters (the chapter where you fight laughing octopus/beauty.....so in a way, it actuallly is normal old age.

But in that scene he is wearing face camo to make him look young. Its the latest development in technology in the MGS world. The face camo basically is the same as snake's new octo-camo sneaking suit. Face camo is not pain or anything old school like MGS3. Its a face mask made out of synthetic fibers for the purpose of camouflaging under any circumstance. It can change your face in a series of ways.

I don't think so. I am going with what Twisted Thinker said, but not so much with the foxdie. Foxdie is ment to kill you, not make you older.

I don't think so. I am going with what Twisted Thinker said, but not so much with the foxdie. Foxdie is ment to kill you, not make you older. yeah, i posted that before the game came out but he has HIGHLIGHT 6 months to live, and he lives at the end so, it could be possible for him to do something else in the time before he dies.. wont happen though, if there is another metal gear, snake either wont be in it, or just be refrenced

I'd rather they just restarted the storyline from scratch. Making another sequel wouldn't be that great. It's getting a bit too futuristic.
Although without Kojima, I'd say be afraid. For all we know the next Metal Gear will be a first person shooter happening in outer space. (Because we don't have enough of those.)

of course snake isnt that old. since he was cloned from big boss when he was like thirty, and im sure foxdie doesnt help much either...
