This are is actually a two-fer. A small hallway leads to two areas, to the left you enter a spiralling staircase with rooms on every floor, an appartment complex, ever-expanding, to accomidate associates, and those ready to realise Seth's goals. Every apparentment comferts the persons basic needs and is able to expand if they need to do so. There are even simulated parks and areas of exploration. Those who are not there to help experiment provide structure to the small society providing items others may need, things Seth is not as interested in, as he focuses more military often.
To the right is the experimentation confinment chamber, where subjects are kept and studied, live subjects.
