My crew can tolerate you but if you start doing things against the Gaia ToS and guild rules, you will have to be reprimanded. If a crew member bans you from the guild, and if it doesn't makes sense as to why they banned you, I'll ask them.Their reason will determine whether or now you are officially banned.
