On diamond and pearl versions, how the heck am i supposed to see every pokemon in the dex if nobody in the game has them?
And I need a few tips on EV training can anyone help?

you only have to see the 150 that are listed in the starting pokedex. you will get the nationaldex after that. as for an ev guide, try gamefaqs.com

kk i saw all 150 pokemon( i thought that i had to see togekiss, magmortar,
electivire, etc.) so goodie smile
