Tsuzurao, or known as Rao, for short,
was abandoned directly before the attack of Noccians.
It was taken over as the first main-base, forcing occupants of Rao
to leave against their will. The chaos stirred unnoticeably,
as the Noccians took the forms of the residents,
slowly causing disruption, and eventually, the fall of Obsidain.
