Thy Things Thine Won't Do:
I} Plagiarism-The Writer's Enemy
Plagiarism is completely intolerable and will not be taken lightly. Anyone accused and proved guilty of plagiarism will be banned and reported to GaiaOnline Moderators. Really, how hard is it to make-up your own story?
II} Flaming, Instead, Use Constructive Criticism
I cannot stress how important this rule is. This is a place to support and encourage people, not down them whenever their writing is not to your personal standards. If something is poorly written, such as with bad grammer, eye-burning fonts, or just all-together not good, try to help them. After all, this is the Help Forum.
III} Bumping, Instead, Make Light Conversation
Please, please don't bump. It makes you, and us, seem unprofessional and foolish. How hard is it to type a few extra words of light conversation to get you going?
IV} Chatspeak-Grammer's Enemy
I understand every now and then using 'omg' or 'wtf' or maybe a quick go away messages like, 'g2g" or "brb", but honestly, don't use chatspeak as if it's your native tongue.
V} Spaming and Trolling-Why?
No spaming, no trolling, it's that simple.
Thy Things Thine Will Do:
I} Be Literate-Or Else!
Alright, you! Yes you! Be literate! I understand the occasional typo or mispelled word, but my pet-peeve as a mod is chatspeak, l33t, and n00bish talk. Be Literate-Or Else!
II} Respect Thy Higher Authority And Thy Guild Brethren
We give you nice guild and friendly people to hang with, you give us respect and adoration. I don't know about the other mods, but I demand human sacrifice on every 24th day of the month.
III} Ask Us Your Questions!
Again, I can't stress how important this is to me. This being the Help Forum, I need to know what's wrong so I can help. Really, don't be scared to ask us your questions. We won't bite your head off! (I'm not so sure about Sugar though, she's got that evil look in her eye. O.o) iPockets basically lives on Gaia, and there is no such thing as a stupid question. So knock yourselves out.
