Mine is when I was playing Burnout 3 a car slammed me against a wall and I could get freed. Well after awhile there was a tunnel and if I didn't go over I would be slammed against the and lose the race. So I pull over a little bit and right when I do a semi comes out of no where and demolishes the enemy car letting me when the race.

Mine is when I was watching Goatmanic fighting Skeith in Infection// and won but forget to save and got killed by a hacked monster.
Another is in Ratchet and Clanck where there is a riddle to get a new wrench. it goes something like this:
Use wrench to break glass to get rock to break glass to get wrench. then Ratched just smashes the glass and says "Solved it"
