I've noticed that the trick of making certain units faster or stronger is leveling up but, somehow the concept of which jobs let you had better stats eluded me up till a while ago.

So, here I am to let you guys know of the basics of leveling up and in which areas:

1. For the Nu Mou you have a few jobs but, which are the best for leveling up in which stats? I'll tell you in a bit.

* For speed training, you want "Morphers". I've found out that these guys gains quite a lot of speed when they level up. However, they don't seem to gain that much MP or as much Magic Attack power as other jobs do. Nevertheless, the job has a pretty balanced gain when it comes to not only attack but, magic attack as well. Just don't expect too much of them.
* When it comes to Magic, I find it best to level them up in various jobs. I have a fantastic Nu Mou who can deal lots of damage and he had the following jobs:
White mage (he had that one for many levels)
Black mage (he had this job for about 5 or 8 levels)
Time mage (he had this last one for 2 levels only as they don't gain much speed; they do gain quite a lot of magic power and MP though.)

2. As you may know, the Bangaa, is a fighting race so the best job when it comes to speed is definitely the white monk. They also gain a fair amount of HP, MP and magic attack power.
Note that if you want a bangaa to have a lot of magic power and MP, you should level them up as a bishop. However, they don't gain much speed or attack power.
Now, if you rather have a great attacking bangaa, I think the best choice is either a warrior or a Templar. I'm not quite sure on the templars though so don't quote me just yet. The warriors can have, on average, an amount of HP of 500 and a Weapon Attack power of about 540 to 550. That's at level 50, of course.

3. When it comes to the Moogles, the choices depend more on what you want yer moogle to do. For instance:

* For speed, you only have the option of the "thief" job. As the other jobs like Juggler or Gunner, don't gain as much speed.
* For magic power, you could try alternating between black and time mages.
* I'm still trying to find out if there's a better job for Weapon Attack in any of the moogle jobs though...

4. Vieras have a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to leveling up as some of the jobs that let them gain great stats, aren't unlocked easy.

* When it comes to speed, yer best bet is the Assassin. They not only gain a lot of speed (and I do mean a LOT) but they also gain a very good amount of both HP and MP. The bad news is that, since they can't gain many HP or MP, they may be taken down in a single attack by an opponent. The good news is that you can balance this if you let them level up while in other jobs.
* For magic power and MP, you definitely want the Summoner. The bad news is that these girls don't get much speed. If you want to sacrifice some magic power and some MP for speed, you might want her to level up as a white mage. 3nodding
* When it comes to physical strength, you might want either the fencer, or the archer. As they seem good in that area. Not only that but the archers seem to gain quite a bit of speed too.
* For HP, I think the best choice so far is the Fencer job. I've yet to find a job that gives out as many HP per level than this job. They also gain a fair amount of speed but not as much as other jobs, sadly.

Humans are the most versatile race of all so they have lots of jobs to choose from. Now, how to decide which jobs to level up with? Check this out:

* For speed, you have to start with a thief but, you might want to switch to Ninja as soon as you can. Why? Cuz they gain incredible amounts of speed as well as decent amounts of weapon attack and HP. Just don't expect a lot of MP or magic attack power.
* When it comes to HP, there's no better option than the paladin. They also gain a good Weapon Attack as well as Weapon Defense. They do lack speed but, it may be worth it to let them level up for a few levels or so. Depends on yer personal preferences, of course.
* If Magic is what you desire though, the choices are clear. I recommend the same for the humans as I did for the moogles. Although, it wouldn't be a bad choice to let them level up as an illusionist cuz they do gain a lot of Magic and MP. They're speed leaves much to be desired off though, so try not to level them up much unless you have a special strategy for that unit.

*Still in construction*
Look for more updates later.

for str you could use something like fighter/pally or something, for wep defense you could use OF COURSE defender

Magic Attack something like black mage or others. Magic def would be white mage I think.

Sure, I'll let you know in which areas I need a hand. 3nodding
I've found out that some of the info on gameFAQs isn't very accurate so, I've been doing research on my own.
