 I'm not exactly much of a cheese connoisseur, but I do enjoy a bit of the stuff every now and then. I like feta, cheddar, gouda, and marble especially.
I was introduced to feta when my mom began using it on salads. DELICIOUS.
But everyone has their favorite type.

I really like sharp cheddar. I put it on sandwiches whenever the opportunity arises.

Brie! And there's this one called "Drunken Goat" that I bought on a whim. It has a hint of Bourbon or something...
