What's your marching show for this upcoming year? What type of equipment are you using? What does your uniforms look like?
Our show this year is BON JOVI! We are doing the songs, "You Give Love a Bad Name," "Living on a Prayer," and "Wanted: Dead or Alive." I'm SO excited about this year. It's gonna be my sophmore year. This year we only have about 14 members, half new girls - half old girls. Most of our team moved to a new school called Heritage that just opened up near-by. (Our school is Lakeview Ft. Oglethorpe. We're the WARRIORS! <3) But anyways, we are using flags (of course) and this year we're getting sabres and rifles! Our uniforms (for once) are CUTE! It's a 3 piece. Everything is skin tight. The pants are black and flare out at the end. We have on a sivler or red (our instructor hasn't decided) tank top that cuts off right at our breast line and a black ripped-like tank that goes over it that cute off at our coller bone, but has V-line clevage that drops down past the silver/red tank. (I'll do my best to get a pic up after we get it ordered.)

ours is Pearl Harbor. its better than last year at least. theres gonna be lots of rifle stuff for us to do! ^_^ we never get to use sabers on the field. we got around 20 girls this year, 5 old, 15 new. our uniforms... i forgot the colors, but theyre cute this year! they got what looks like a sun or something on them. one long sleeve one not.

ours is gonna be chess themed. stare
we are gonna have giant chess pieces on the field and have a bunch of dancers. music-Verdi's Requiem.
they havent chosen our uniforms yet though.... but i saw a sketch with poofy arms. crying they looked itchy.
and lotsa rifles whee whee whee i'm excited for this year.

Are you serious??? We're going a show entitled, 'A Game of Chess', too. But, our band director's written all of our music for the past five years.
I'm kinda excited, but not. We're having a giant castle-type thing on the field. And we're having a giant book showing the pieces. And, there are gonna be two people on the field playing chess, too. lol!
the uniforms are pretty cute. The top is a dress-thing that extends to our knees-ish, half white, half-dark green (we're using them for parade band, and our school is dark green & white.) and the pants are half and half, too.
We're having rifles again, which we've had for four years. And, we might be having sabres. (Last year was the first year for sabres in my school in outdoor guard.)
But, for some reason, I'm just not looking for to it. My frined Airin and I are the only veterans. everyone grduated!

We're dressing like whos. AND OUR FLAGS HAVE SPANDEX STRINGS ON THEM SO THEY CAN LIKE DROP AND COME BACK UP LIKE A YO-YO XD

Ha... In our show, we have this one move where the bottom of the flag pole goes on our chest and we let it fall into our hands. The first time I did it on a run threw it went down my shirt. xD

We're doing two shows. The first is a Louisiana show and the second is John Williams music. Our costumes are skin tight velvet unitards, half black and half red with a shiny fleur-de-lis on it. Its got one long sleeve and one forearm armband. Also, we have a baton twirler who will spin fire-batons =D

All I want to remember...
First, I'd like to say that I'm with a college marching band. (RCC anyone?) x3
We're doing "The Beatles & Beyond" show.
Music includes, "Sgt Peppers", "I Wanna Hold Your Hand",
"Got To Get You Into My Life" (Earth Wind & Fire's version),
and "Can't Buy Me Love" (Michael Buble version.)
Not sure of our costumes yet, but it better be hot! xD

Im from beaverton high school and i LOVE our show this year! Our field show is called "Ascension" and the songs are "to tame the perilous skies" and "ascension". Our outfits are really cute: they are blue pants (kinda like princess jasmines), white sparkly tie-over things, and a blue leotard. we have four flags and one of them is an 8ft banner flag! we also have these boxes that we push out and dance on during the balad. we dance on them with skirt "wings" it looks really pretty.

Our show is entitled "Pulse" and it features the music from King Kong.
It's so badass...
And we have these awesome red/orange tunics~
