Is there any remedies for heartbreak? I want all this to go away. My "bf" was two timing me...I gave him my everything...and he didn't care.
Are there any rituals, or spells or something I can do? I can't stop thinking about it, its making me almost..numb.

The remedy for a broken heart is simple, yet not easy. It's time. And that is all there is too it. This is a natural part of life, and will most likely turn out to be a great experience, even if you don't realize it now. It is not wise to use magic as a tool to get over something like this. Any other tools that may help is to talk about it. The human mind is incredibly social. It needs interaction with something. An inanimate object, or perhaps even an animal, but I highly recommend a person.

As Gambling Setzer said time is the only true healer. I know it seems the hardest thing to consider in this situation but to try and make the feeling disappear before it is ready will only bring it back to the fore harder. just give it time and again as Gambling Setzer suggested talk is very good.
