Why is this guild dying out so often. I love Tokusatsu and so should everyone else. Be more dedicated to posting.
I will be now that I'm back from school but yeah!

I know what you mean. At one point, I really put a lot of work into improving the guild. Nothing much came of it though. emo

I joined this guild and it was already dead, but I intend to stick around. I really do love tokusatsu, and honestly...this guild definately has the kitschiest name around. Not that that was my soul deciding factor, it's just a nice bonus.

I pretty much come in whenever I've made another Toku related avatar >_> Which I actually did a couple of days ago. I did Ryutaros with the Tatsu Helm or whatever. Not the best look but it's close enough, I'll not be able to do anything better with anything that's available now. Urataros is still undoable. I did a tektek of him but it does not look right.

Funny thing is while people are saying we're dead in the water, this is actually the most active it's been in some time.
It's places like this that keeps me logging in even though I no longer consider Gaia worth getting involved in.

I'm going to make ATLEAST one post every day in here..
Anyone currently watching Kiva?
Also.. where did that picture of the new Go-Ongers come from?
I'm watching TV-Nihon so I wonder if I'm behind or something..

I try to post when I can. This is the only guild i'm currently any bit active in.
The picture of the go-ongers came from a scanned picture I think for the upcoming movie, not too sure though. It just looked cool enough that I decided to put it up for the front image instead of what we had. Keep it up to date and all.

This is like the only guild I'm ever active in any more really. Even if it is to lurk. I know, for shame... But still this is like the only group of people that are as excited about tokusatsu as I am.

Sad to say, I do wish I can talk more with all of you. Because this place just feels more chilled and relaxed then another Toku forum I go to. I mean, I signed up at the Henshin Justice forum, buuut... I don't know if it's just me or something, but the people over there just seem very hostile, and... a bit cold... Not to mention, they seem really high on their attitudes or something... I don't know. Granted, it might be because I haven't been keeping up with the latest Toku (I am busy with other things in life) or haven't made much of a contribution, it just feels so intimidating whenever I go there. I WANT to make conversation, but always feel ignored. And, it seems that I have to be some stuck-up b***h to let people know that I am there, or try and agree with one thing (when I know that I don't like it). In fact... I HAD agreed to doing translation for Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, because I really wanted to (and, I use to watch it when I was young). But, because of life, time, my getting into the Design program, and now... how that 'other' Toku forum (still talking about HJU) is seriously beginning to put my mood off, I might have to consider telling them that I can't do it... even though I did translate about a quarter of the show already and I really want to finish it.
All I can say is, I don't like the atmosphere over there, then when I come here in TAG. I guess you can say, I enjoy being something of a 'casual' Toku fan, rather then something of a 'hardcore-Otaku' type. And, this place just gives it that. Hell, I want to talk about Go-Onger and Kiva, but I hadn't even made it past the 10's (which is seriously sad...)
Gah! Sorry about the rambling... This was on my chest for a long time, and it was beginning to bother me... crying

I'm seriously glad you feel that way about this place. I'd love to see alot more activity in this guild. (not to mention my personal digimon guild that is completely dead)
I'm a generally nice person and I don't think Toku is merely a kid's thing. Which the people at Henshin Justice mostly are >.>;; *cough* You should try the TV Nihon forums. They're pretty nice there too and it's a way to broaden your toku horizon and catch up on a few shows. The Order of Zeronos is another. They get Kamen Rider subbed faster for some reason.. Even if a few things are wrong.

Hell, I'm also a nice person. But it seems I'm forced to throw that away when I'm at HJU. >_>; And I really do hate that. I want to show that I'm a little knowledgeable, nice and everything but it seems really hard to do that over there. Granted, I know that there are a couple of nice people at HJU (some of the fansubbers, and the J-Dorama nuts mostly), and it's great to see that. But, the overall atmosphere over there is beginning to rub me the wrong way... Even though the owner of the site tries to make it 'open' to everyone, it doesn't feel like it. I remember lurking there for months just to see what it was like. Thought it was cool, joined, and it suddenly became very unfavorable for me.
I would join TV Nihon, maybe. Except for the fact that I can't download their torrents for me to discuss anything. crying Due to being in the college dorms, and their internet servers somehow prevent that sort of thing. So, either I have to watch at Veoh, or direct download the RAW files (which, I don't mind since I know Japanese. Just the hard drive does, because those video files are kind of big... >_>; ). I swear... I want those episodes of GARO badly... I love that show!
And... actually, I did broaden my Toku horizon more by watching some old shows, like Henshin Ninja Arashi, just recently. Pretty entertaining show from our Ishinomori Shotaro. Hell, I have watched Toku since I was a kid and have been trying to re-live the nostalgia. Plus, watching new things and stuff (good excuse for me to see how people designed all this stuff). It's just, as I said, I've been SO busy nowadays I don't seem to find the time to sit down and watch it. ><;
EDIT: Actually, I'm not sure if I want to join TV Nihon... Because I noticed there are a couple (actually...make that one of them...) of users that I know from HJU that have rubbed me the wrong way, or for some odd reason seem to have a grudge against me (even though I didn't do anything wrong). I think I might just stick to being here... -_-;
