Sort of a fun little realism practice piece. I ended up changing and fixing the lineart to the point that I just ended up pushing it to the back and just using it for the background. XD

I'm rather pleased with the effects of the water bubble. I need to think of a name for the fish now. Any ideas what I should call him?

I agree it looks very nice and unfortunately i dont know what to say about fish names good luck with it

Thanks for the compliments everyone. ^.^

As for the program. It's just photoshop 7.0. I like to use the "airbrush hard round" brush and set it at a low opagancy to give it more of a painterly feel.
