(I know this isn't technically inside hte school, but this fell under neither classes or larkford so. . .here it is!)
The forest surrounding the school is wide, big enough for several ,large packs of wolves to make their dens there and never meet. The forest closer to the school has less intimidating animals, though you mught come across a fox or linx now and again.

Rose lay in a tree at the edge of the forest, watching the day go by. She was thinking about AKi, and the stuffhe said he'd left. If she could find out a closer idea of where it was- she could easily go after it. She sighed and closed her eyes. What was the point, that might just speed up him being kicked out. Then again, Ms. Terry seemed a heck of alot better now then she did before. Either I matured or she did. She smiled lightly at the sun waarming her cheeks, and her eyelids.

Aki was in a clearing, he held his kantana. He was practicing. He moved fast, a blur sometimes. A little dragon like creature sat on the ground, watching him. It's body was shadows. It cheeped at him every now and then. He smiled at it. "I know, I just have to focus. It's kind of hard when your distracting me." He winked. It cheeped at him angrily. "Fine. Have it your way." He set his kantana on his shirt which he had taken off because it was hot out and it restricted his movements. He sat down by the dragon shadow thing on the grass. He ruffled it's shadowy head. "You know, you aren't the center of attention."
((lol, I don't knwo why I decided he wasn't wearing a shirt...))

Rose was just about to fall asleep when she heard a w a padding of soft paws- Tala! openign her eyes , she twisted around adn loked down so fast she nearly fell ut of ht tree. Tala was running into the forest- a single wolf pup a lone!. "Tala! Stop!"Rushing of f she jumped from branch to branch, and right outside the clearing,s he was so busy watchng Tala, she didn't relise was a brittle brnach sh ewas stepping on. When she pumleted to the ground she did, getting to her feet, she looke dinto the clearing in time to see tala pounce joyfully on Aki., having completely forgotten about her claws.

"Ryuu, you-" The dragon thing called Ryuu flew up into teh tree with a scared cheep. Aki looked around just in time to see Tala jump. He laughed as she tackled him. "Hey." He said, laughing. Tala's fur tickled his bare chest, the blotchy pink scar on his stomach could now be seen, the band not only covered three-fourths of his stomach but stretched around half way of his back. He didn't even notice Rose, he was to occupied with Tala.

Rose Walking nto the meadow and picked a few twigs out ofher bu. "Sorry bout that. SHe ran off. You okay?" She walke over and looked down at Tala, who was staring at her,begging her not to make her leave. WIth a sigh, sh e turned to Aki. "Tala wants to know if she can stay with you."

"Of course." He smiled, a bit of color on his cheeks. He held out his arm and looked up into the tree. "Ryuu, come on. I promise she won't eat you." The dragon thing flew down hesitantly. "This is Ryuu, I made him. " Ryuu let out a scared cheep at Tala. He looked at Rose. "What are you doing out here?" Ryuu watched Tala, debating if she was going to eat him or not.
((I have to go, sorry, I'm going to enter some stuff at the library (writing and poems). ))

Rose had been mooving to walk away, so she stopped, lookd backa him and cuckled slightly. "What do you mean? You're the one who's in my home." she looked up at the sky and said. "I grew up in this forest, as did Tala, I enjoy laying in th etrees and looking up at the sky sometimes." she glanced over at th e katana, and said.

Aki smiled, "I know this is your home, I just didn't expect to run into you for some reason." He glanced at his kantana and then at his shirt. "Sorry," He rubbed the back of his neck, "I was praticing." Ryuu flapped down to perch on his head and cheeped again. "Ryuu," He carefully took him off of his head, Ryuu's cold little claws digging into him. "I really wish you wouldn't-ow." He jumped as Ryuu clawed his way up Aki's chest and onto his head leaving lond red scratches. He sighed, "I give up."

Rose chuckled. "Don't worry. I don'treally care to see your chest, anyones for that matte, buit it doesn't bother me." She looked over at him, waved her hand with a smile, and the red scratched that were newly formed healed. She glanced at him scars, then said. "You know, I can't heal those, but I can make them lighter if yu want." Turning she looke dback up a the sky."I'm great at healing, I raine that gift the mst. other then my mind speak."

He smiled, "Thank you, but these are stories. They tell of my past. They are all I have left of the people I loved." He traced the burn mark on his stomach. He was silently remined of one of the proverbs Hijime had taught him, Nou aru taka wa tsume wo kakusu, which meant the person who knows most says least. This was true with Aki. He always knew more than he told.

Rose had turned her back to him, and was staring at the sky. "i know what you mean." She reached up to her shoulder and moved her shirt so he would be able to see what looked like, by all apperences, a fresh gash that wasn't bleeding. The scar was anywhere between a full inch to half an inch deep i places, and started on te exact top of her shoulder, going down into her back, past wher she was showing him. "I've never healed this. I got it- I go it from a bear.Helping. . ." She caught herself, she'd never told anyone about that- and she wouldn't change that. "Helpiong another in need. " She amended.

He nodded, "Wow, that looks like it really hurt. I bet that took a lot of bravery, helping them." He smiled at her. He looked at his hands, "These, these were from..." He took a deep breath, "Holding on to long." He sad, slightly sad but then Ryuu cheeped and hit him on the back of the head with his tail. Aki jumped, rubbing his head. He glared up at Ryuu, now smiling again. He took Ryuu in his hands and he dissapeared into shadow.

Ava and Roxi were randomly sleeping in a tree in the middle of the forest. Ava'a eyes slowly opened. "Wha-Oh yeah..." She tapped Roxi in the head. "Hey Rox..let's go.." Roxi opened her eyes and Ava grabbed her, jumped down and transformed into a fox. They both looked identical except Ava was a more orange-reddish color and she had green eyes. Roxi looked like a regular fox. They both walked slowly through the forest, yawning and lightly wagging their tails.

Rose moved her shirt back in place and sais simply. "It didn't take much courage. it stil hurts though." She sighed and touched it lightly, before sighign and looking at him hands. He was cheered up, but she thoguhts. "Scars, many hate them, but us- I think many students here see them as badges. Lily- lily got shot straight through the hand the bullet was from the same gun that killed her sensei."
