About Kiratsu
Name: Kiratsu Tanshu
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Hometown: Cinnabar Island
Description: About 5'4", her hair is raven-black and cut to shoulder-length. Ice blue eyes can be seen from behind a couple stray strands of said hair, of which tends to somehow fall in place on its own. Her favorite clothing, of which she tends to wear often, consists of ungodly-bright tie-dye shirts of varying kind - From tank top to long sleeved - and cargo pants, with a side of sandals in warm weather, hiking shoes in colder weather.
Personality: Generally cheery, Kiratsu tends to have a rather harsh way of putting things, though she tries to be as kind as she possibly can. When she's confronted by a situation where she has a strong opinion, though, her mind gets spoken, even if it's rude.
History: Born on Cinnabar Island, Kiratsu led a pretty average life. Growing up around fire pokemon, she was used to nothing else. When her family would go on vacations, she felt like she didn't quite belong in any of the places - Especially Cerulean City, with all its water pokemon - except in Saffron City. For some reason, she felt more at home there. But alas, it still lacked her beloved fire pokemon, so it was always back to Cinnabar Island. When she turned 10, she started off to go to Pallet Town to start life as a trainer, but along the way found she didn't have as MUCH passion for battling as others did, thus holding off on being a trainer to observe breeding.

12/29/04 - Went to the store and purchased some supplies - Pokeballs, Potions, Antidotes... Some of everything. Alas, I haven't left YET... Tigerlily's giving me a look... I swear she understands me.
12/28/04 - Finally decided to start out on my journey, though I still have supplies to buy. Tigerlily's anxious to go, and so am I.

Day 1(A day late in writing)
I went to the store and got supplies. Tigerlily followed me. Right into the store... Gonna have to go over some basic rules with her.... She refuses to go into her pokeball. Instead, she's insisted upon PLAYING with it... I think it's sufficient to say my legs are quite bruised from it smacking into them while she bats the thing around like she's a Meowth. When I took the ball and set it up where she couldn't reach, she started to pout. Gods, is that ever adorable... I gave her a stuffed toy instead and she's been cuddling it ever since. Another cute moment... I couldn't resist sketching it, either. Well, I end the entry now, since I'll be up early in the morning to leave on my journey. Yay! Maybe I can get Tigerlily into her Pokeball...

Day 2
Alas, I can't set out YET... My legs were more bruised than I thought from Tiger playing with that pokeball. I can barely move them from how many times my knees have been smacked into. She's certainly not getting her 'toy' back now.
(Translation: Guilds just came back and I have 8 minutes left with AOL before I'm kicked off, thus explaining lacking of a log entry)

Day 5(Yes, you're reading that right)
How fun it's been... My legs were still sore and stiff, but now they're better! They don't hurt so much today, so I set off. Took long enough - Almost a week just to set off for Veridian City! But I have to end this now, as I'm about to set foot on the route between Pallet Town and Veridian City. Goodbye until the next time I write in you, journal!

Day 5, part two
The day's been pretty good so far! I saw another trainer as I got ready to travel, but they took a while to do whatever it was they were doing, so I just continued on my way. Taking a break now, since it's a bit warm. The shade of this tree is really nice, and there's water near by to boot! Tigerlily's enjoying herself. I think she prefers travel over staying in one place... I can't help but smile at her antics. She likes to chase things, I've noticed. Maybe that's why I haven't had any encounters... She keeps chasing them away before I CAN. Just as well, makes the trip that much faster to get to Veridian City! Well, I've run out of stuff to write, so I'm gonna end this entry! Good day, log of mine!

Day 6
What fun, I can't seem to go anywhere because a Rattatta decided my bag was its BED. I'm lucky I got this thing out at all without my hand getting mauled! I'd catch the thing, but Tigerlily doesn't do much but groom it, and my Pokeballs are in my bag! So I had to sleep on the ground without a blanket. I haven't seen any people all day, either, which makes me wonder if I had bad timing in leaving. Maybe I can get Tigerlily to get that Rattatta off my bag today... Her food's in there and I can't feed her if I can't get to it.

Finally got the Rattatta off my bag! I'm almost to town, too! Pity I had to have Tigerlily beat up the poor little Rattatta, though... I made a little bed around it so it's comfortable when it wakes up, at least... Anyway, entry end time, so see ya later, journal of mine!

Day... Oh, I give up keeping track of day numbers...
Dear.. Journal? Sorry for the long lapse there.. Arrived in Viridian some... Weeks ago? I don't know why, but I ended up just wandering around it a bit, getting to know it... Tigerlily and I stayed at the Pokemon Center, helping out now and then. Why stay there for nothing? They deserve help, after all. Though while there, someone left a basket by my cot that had pokeballs, a fire stone, and an egg in it... Now I have a hyper mareep that Tigerlily's been occupied keeping track of. I think I'll call him Thunder Dust, since he's the color of dust and all... Gonna have fun with that, aren't I? I was kind of dissapointed to find the gym closed, but hey, it could be under repairs for all I know... Ah, crud, I need a new pen, this one's dieing... See ya, journal... Log... Whatever I should call you.
(Best way to factor in my RL innactivity - Sticking around town doing stuff sweatdrop And waiting for someone else to get there...)
