(No, I didn't ask permission to do this... I just thought it'd be ubertastic 'cause we need one.
It'll be enforced as soon as it's confirmed to be OK.)
An inactive battle is defined as:
A battle where the referee or battler does not post a reply in seven(7) days.
Requirements:
-A battler/ref has not stated they will be away for a long period of time
-A PM has been sent to the inactive player and allowed 5 days to respond or take their turn.
In the case of an inactive referee, please contact a new referee(See the Ref Tower). The previous one will be docked some of the points and they will be transferred to the new referee. The new ref does not need to be the same level as the old one.
On the said board if the inactive referee has written...
- Two(2) or less reffing posts
Trainee - 20 points transferred to new ref
Junior - 30 points transferred to new ref
Professional - 40 points transferred to new ref
Senior - 45 points transferred to new ref
- Greater than three(3) reffing posts
Trainee - 15 points transferred to new ref
Junior - 20 points transferred to new ref
Professional - 25 points transferred to new ref
Senior - 30 points transferred to new ref
In the event where a ref goes inactive during the last point of the battle when each of the last two remaining pets are at 15% life or less, no matter what ref level, 5 points will be transferred from the old ref to the new one.
When a battler becomes inactive, the battle will be forfeit. Half of the points spent on the ref will be split up between the two battlers in the ratio that they paid(If it was 50:50 then they get the same. If one battler paid the whole price they get all the points). The other half stays with the ref.
Makes sense?
