Ok, I'm planning on getting some exercising done this summer, but it's waaay too hot to be running around outside. I don't wanna get heat exhaustion or something.
So does anyone know any good exercises I can do indoors? Other than the basic things like sit-ups, push-ups, etc.? Something to get my stamina back up would be especially helpful. :3

You could try dancing [maybe not in a class, but it's a lot of fun even on your own... razz ] or something like thai chi/yoga. Myself though, since I'm moving back to Cali, I'm gonna start up tennis and just regular running and such. If you still want to do something outside, do it in the later afternoon, if anything, when it's cooler.

yoga is really good. But I got this little trampoline in my house and you could get one. There really fun, and they can come with this really good exercise plan wink

If you have a friend to do it with, learn a style of dancing? You'll enjoy learning how to saltsa!
If no one will help you [ crying ] then perhaps create your own exercises like a course to run in and around your house or loungeroom.
Or try TrueBlood225's suggestion and buy a exercise trampoline, they come around to $40 - $120 if you wish to spend a bit extra 3nodding
I do hope i have helped in any little way ninja

I do thai boxing and the warm-up can be pretty tiring. All we do is stretches, jog around a little room, more stretches, and then jog around again but touch the floor with left hand, right hand, both hands, jump, change direction, etc.
