Mizu Taji had a house built for her by a previous grateful client, though, when she told them that she preffered a small house, it was later discovered that their defination of 'small' was different than her own, and now she has a rather large 3 story house (plus basement) with several rooms that she does not use. In fact, the entire third floor, except for a full bath that was already installed, is currently used for storeage even though walls indicating where rooms should be exist. With the upstairs rooms included, she has about 3-4 rooms not in use. She also has about an acre and a half of land with nothing on or in it currently, though she is earnestly thinking about a swimming pool or small pond...or even both.
((This is a place for people to rp inside Mizu's home, and is open to only those she has renting or borrowing an extra room, or to those she invites over.
Other then the rooms listed below, other notable places include:
Kitchen that merges into a dining room (1st floor) Modest Den/living room (1st floor, ceiling extends to the 3rd) Half Bath (2nd floor, for bathing, guests on the 2nd floor are permited to use the 3rd floor full bath, or the first if permitted by Mizu. If the renting thing becomes more popular, she will install a shower somewhere on the 2nd floor)
These are the people that are using a spare room and thus are allowed to post:
Main Suite (1st floor) Mizu Taji (Mizu_Taji) Other Bedroom (1st floor) Elidyr Taji (Mizu_Taji) Guest Room 1- (2nd floor) Ren (Cereza del Chocolate) Guest Room 2- (2nd floor) basically furnished but empty Guest Room 3- (3rd floor) unfurnished and empty Guest Room 4- (3rd floor) filled with odds and ends, but could easily be moved to the basement
If your character is in need of a place to stay, Mizu shall soon be putting out advertisements for renters if the whole thing with Ren goes well. You can find the IC application here in this post, and then we can roleplay out the interview))

"Here we are," she stated, stopping in front of the three story house.
Elidyr clapped. "Yay! Mommom! Can I show Ren where she's going to sleep?" he then paused for a moment. "And could you tell me which room she's going to sleep in? Huh?"

Ren stopped in her tracks and gawked up at the large house. "You live here?" She gawked. She couldn't believe it's size. In her life, the largest thing she ever stayed in was an inn, but the building in front of her was far greater then the little ones she stayed in. She looked at Eli. "I think I might need a tour and a map. I'm gonna get lost!"

"Map? Oh, it's not that hard Ren. Most of the things are easy to find!" said Eli. "After all, Mom is a rather simple person. The whole third floor we're using for storage right now, except the bathroom. You'll have to go up there for a shower..." he said.
"She's going to stay in the first room to the right on the second floor Elidyr," she said to her son of sorts. She then looked to Ren. "See what I mean? And the person who built this called it small. Imagine a large sized house!" she chuckled. "Feel free to make youself at home, and help yourself to the food in the fridge when you want. It's sort of late, so I'm pretty sure the market is closing down for the night, but I'll point you in the direction of it tomorrow," And with that she opened the door to the house, holding it for Ren to go inside.

Ren slowly walked into the house, looking around like a kid in a candy store. "It's amazing." She said, slowly looking at Mizu. "Thank you, again, for letting me stay." She said with a big smile. She looked down at Eli. "Now, how about that tour?"

"Ok!" chirped Eli. "Were in the kitchen right now...over there is the dining room...Oh and here are the stairs! They'll lead us up to where your room is!"

Ren slowly followed Eli. She gawked at the impressive rooms and sights. She held her bag close and tried her best to avoid touching anything. "This place is amazing..." She sad gently.

"It's nothing really," Eli said. "Most of the third floor isn't even furnished. Mom preffers things simple after all. Sometimes even she gets lost," he said with a laugh as he bolted up the stairs, turning around to wait for Ren to follow him.

Ren slowly crept up the stairs. She kept glancing behind her to make sure she didn't leave a trail of dirt from her boots. "Well, furnished or not, it's the best place I've ever stayed in."

As soon as she caught up with him, Elidyr bolted off again, though he didn't go too far, placing himself in front of a door in the hall.
"Here's where mom says you'll be staying Ren," he said, bowing a little bit. The door was currently closed.

Ren looked at Elidyr weird and slowly followed him to the door. "Umm... Thank you." She said, staring at the door. She finally placed her hand on the door knob and pushed open the door. She slowly peeked inside.

The room was as Mizu warned it would be, rather plain. The bed was covered with plain white sheets and a rather drab comforter with one pillow, and seemed to be a full sized mattress and boxspring. There was a quaint dresser over off in the corner, and another door that led into a closet. There was also a pretty large window that overlooked that side of the property with, of course, white drapes currently pulled over the panes of glass.
"Soooooo?" Eli inquired, wondering what she thought of it.

Ren blinked and stared at the room. It was plain but she had seen worse. She slowly walked in, getting a better look. She dropped her bag on the bed and she went to the window, peeking out it at landscape.
"It's very nice." She said with a smile. "Will you be having dinner or should I feed myself?" She asked with some curiosity. She sat down on the bed, getting some dirt on white sheets. She gulped in embarrassment. "Maybe I should bathe first. Where's the bathroom?" She patted at her lap, bushing the dirt off of it. "I should wash my clothes too..."

Eli smiled. "Thank you," he said at her compliment as he peered through the doorway. "I'm not sure if we're having a sit down dinner tonight or not. It depends I guess... Anyway, on this floor it has a small half bathroom if you need to go potty really bad, but to take a bath we have a full bath for guests on the third floor. You'll have to ask mom where to wash your clothes at, because I have no idea honestly..." he said, then motioned for her to follow him once more.
"Come on, I'll show you where the tub is,"

Ren blinked and blushed gently. She wasn't used to childish talk liked 'potty'. "Okay..." She murmured, standing up to follow. She paused and glanced at her bag. She felt bad for leaving the little soul case behind. So, she quickly grabbed her bag and followed Eli.
