So, I always knew I wanted a profile layout, I just never had an idea of what I wanted. So I finally have an awesome idea for one... and I find a designer I like, and it turns out she's closing up shop because she's tired of making profiles. crying

::sigh:: Does anyone have anyone they can recommend? Someone who is good, reasonable priced (I'd like to pay 20-30k... I might go up to 40 if they're worth it $_$ eek ) and who likes to work with cutesy rainbowy things?

Aww, that's too bad. >.<
I'm learning basic BASIC html at the moment, so I myself am far from being able to help you xD
But, I do know someone who is fantastic at making profiles, but I don't know if she has a shop.
I'll ask her for you. ^^

Aw, I'm sorry. I don't know. But I know what you mean. All the profile designers I like are really expensive, and I refuse to pay that kind of gold for something I technically already know (web design). 100k for simply knowing Gaian profile selectors is not something I am willing to do. So I've been learning exactly what those CSS selectors are so I can just make my own.

Ok im not sure if she does Profiles for people for pay but you can try

she Made the one i have and it is listed on Tek Tek

BUT since I have added it she has modified mine for me personally sooooo i technically have a profile nobody else has xd and she is just AMAZING

My suggestion is ask her if she takes request and commissions ..*shrug* cant hurt

well, I just submitted a layout request... here's to hoping it works out! ::crosses fingers::

Snorpy: Yeah, html is pretty fun and easy. Especially since all the acronyms seem to make sense (to me at least)

the narcissistic e-trend: I was also thinking of learning css so i could learn to make them. But, I am impatcient... lol. And, I have about a million things I want to learn (need to brush up on math (for college, ick), speed typing (for a job), Adobe Premier, and CSS... lol... I'll be at it forever.

it's been a bit since i posted this, so I thought an update was in order. I found this other guild called Coded... they had some tutorials that were super helpful and I managed to put my own profile together. It my not be perfectly perfect (at the time of posting this) but I am quite pleased!

OHHH thank you for the Update smile that's cool that you put one of your own together smile Me im computer illiterate LOL although i am currently trying to teach myself HTML and when i finish that i plan on learning CSS but ... who knows when that will be LOL i get bored really easily
