this guilds been dead for a good while so i thought id give it a try and wake it back up. anybody do any good diving as of lately? any cool new stuffs?
as for me, been doin alot of monterey diving, whale season right now and ive done some awesome whale diving, i actually had one dive down next to us while we were doing our 120ft deco stop on a trimix dive the other day, it was awesome!
i also invested in a few new deco bottles and payed off about half of o2ptima rebreather by dive rite. got about 8 hours on it and im lovin it!
seriously, we need to get this guild rolling again, i love talk about diving and its been driving me crazy that nothins been goin on sad

True, very very true... (the little time that I've been spending on gaia, I've invested in my rps and my other anime and manga guild... heheh... my bad)
Sounds great, it must've been a truly great experience, and feeling! 3nodding (I want to go too now...)
Even though it wasn't me that went on this particular trip... my dad went on a dive trip to the bahamas and got to dive in a blue hole, and when the bahamian tour guide leading the dive went to check out a cavern along the dive, all that could be seen in there was darkness, and gleaming teeth. So after giving a signal to my dad (who was right behind him, he'll soon be an instructor) that was alot like having an open hand then closing it a bit, as a signal for teeth I guess, my dad looked into the cavern too, as well as a well seasoned diver named lloyd bailey(a very good instructor btw, not to be advertising or anything) who went into the cavern and came up to this baracuda, advancing on it, then retreating a little when it wouldn't back off, so in the end, they all just left it alone. There are many other stories to be told of this trip, if you would like a continuation, please, someone post.
Sorry about the whole "dead guild" thing... I guess I should try advertising a bit, and try to get some of our current members active, as guild captain I should be doing all that... and I haven't been really...(I have been kinda busy lately though.)
I'll try to see what I can get going.

... yes. I'll promote you to crew, so then if you find anyone who is interested in diving or dives(or even has dived) you can summarily invite them to the guild(and hopefully they would join and be active members). We can also try to get the members we currently have more active in the guild. I should also try to run some sort of fun guild activity. (whether it be a contest with gold or an item as the prize, or something else.)
Ideas would be appreciated.
(I'm also currently working on my other guild, it's first anniversary was the 23rd.)

You know, a normal disposable underwater camera works fine up till 105 ft. (and is ALOT cheaper too!)

At the shop i work and study at, also rents under water camara's, and I (me and my mom>.<) also own a onde water camara,,, if you like i can give you some info. later on,,, :3

so my photography sounds like a good idea. for now i say we just post some underwater pics and get things up and running with a few pics before we do a contest kind of thing. biggrin

They're nice. I hopefully will be able to go diving soon(within a week or two), and I'll try to bring the camera along. (there's some new underwater housing my dad has yet to try out, perhaps I'll convince him to try it next time I dive w/ him, and he'll let me take a few pics.)

Sadly I can not find nice pic's I am just to picky >.<
Its mostly beause my mom just found out how she can get the collor back, but my mom has not been diving for a long time,, and i can not make pic's when i am working,, T^T,,
Hopefully i can be satisfide with a pic,,>.<

I'll be gone next weekend on a dive trip (west palm beach, I hope it'll be good, and perhaps I could catch some lobster... yum.)
I won't be on gaia for sure on the 26th. I might get on on the 27th though...

The whale sounds awesome and the picture where really good. I'm kinda surprised that the fish stayed in one place for you to take a picture. Is that last one of you?
