Well it is unfortunate that she died and even worse was how she died, honestly though Lelouch was careless saying the things he was saying. I personally thought it was out of character for him to be doing something like that and can't say I was too surprised that the geass went out of control at that point.

WTF!?!?! Lelouch wasn't careless at all, How was he supposed to know it would happen, She was an antagonist, you're now really supposed to care about her.....

The reason I say Lelouch was careless is because he was aware of the possibility of his geass going out of control and yet he was saying all those things that he did. In my opnion his saying things of that nature to Euphemia (maybe if it was to one of his enemies or something it would be more understandable) and being aware of the possibility that his geass can go out of control was out of character. Though the case may be that he was just caught up in the moment, it could still be considered careless of him.

Don't cry...
I think I lost it when Euphemia died...That had to be Lelouch's biggest mistake...Once I saw what she did and when she died thats when I realized how messed up the show was. lol
If I embraced you to the point that you seem to break...

Characters HAVE to die in animes. If key characters dont die in an anime then its not very realistic at all. I wanted her to die badly from the start. She was ruining plans and Britannia would never have really accepted Japan. She needed to die (her dying in that point was KEY for an even greater purpose for Lelouch and the rebels) if your on season 2 episode 10 or so then you will understand why.

lelouch was careless and that caused him to have to kill euphie to save the lives of the elevens or japanese. suzaku being a fool didn't bother to get an explaination from HIS BEST FRIEND!!

I was quite upset when I saw the episode of Euphie dying. TBH it was really sad for me. Even though Lelouch killed Euphie I dislike him a bit but not hate, and if you think about it if Euphie didn't die then Suzaku wouldn't be in the Knights of Rounds or have found out who Zero actually was.
