Please immediately do all of the following
1.) Decide which side you want to join
2.) Post a bio in the subforum of the side you chose
3.) Begin roleplay at the academy
After that you will eventually graduate the academy through certain events decided by the General of the side you chose. Once that happens...sorry you just have to wait until we finish construction.
(Note: you cannot begin roleplay until you post a bio for your rpc so please do so as asoon as you join!)

If this doesn't get people to start posting bio's and roleplayin then tomorrow im making a new announcement...
