Records Vault
The records vault is meant to keep a record of the coins each member has collected and any purchases they have made from the Guild Shop. I don't really want to burden myself with all that work and have to deal with the fact that there are quite a few inactive members...So, I ask that all members do their part to help!
What I'd like for members to do when they are rewarded coins is to reply in this thread listing their Gaia Username, the total coins they have, and keep a list of purchases they make. Please make only ONE reply, and edit that post as you earn coins or make purchases. This is the easiest way for me to keep track of everything.
Your post should look something like this:

[size=11][b]Total Coin Count ::[/b] {Coin #}
[b]Purchases ::[/b]
{Date} Purchase Name - ??? LGCs[/size]
[size=11][b]Total Coin Count ::[/b] {Coin #}

It's a really simple form, so this shouldn't be too complicated for anyone. Feel free to liven it up a bit if you really want to, but make sure it has the key elements and it's easy to read.
...And it's as simple as that! And this way, everything is saved and organized, and it doesn't have to clutter your trainer journals.
