You listen to Christian metal!
I don't listen to a ton of it, but now and then I'll find a song I like.
The only song I can think of that I've heard by Disciple is Things Left Unsaid.
It's a sad song. If I remember correctly, it was written about one of the guys grandfathers.
I suppose I should fill out the form as well.
song: currently, Empty Me by Chris Sligh
band: Oh I don't really know. Probably Grey Holiday right now. Or maybe The Radiance Effect. Jackson Waters is pretty cool as well.

day: most of the day
week: Oh I'd say a good 40 hours
