lol me too... but the mizukage is the kage for the waterfuall i think thats what i heard so somehow madara become the leader there and kisame knows him.

You got a few things wrong here my friend.
Firstly, The Mizukage is the kage of Kirigakure, or the village hidden in the mist. The Waterfall Village is not part of the five main hidden villages, and therefore does not have a true "kage", no matter what the anime says.
And Madara is said to have killed and taken the place of the Mizukage. Zabuza did try to assassinate the Mizukage and failed, possibly being that the mission was a success and was only deemed a failure so Madara could take over.
And lastly, it's still unknown if it actually is "Uchiha Madara" or not. It may simply be someone with the same name and same ability. Perhaps it could have been another Uchiha taking his identity so he could have glory. Who knows, it has not been truly revealed. You know, it's always in the realm of possibility that someone is lying in the series ;o

Who knows it could be. Since they haven't shown his face. I mean he could just be calling himself Madara, because he has the strength that surpassed him. Or somethin' like that.

Its nice that Kishimoto doesn't give in to his fans when he makes a choice about his manga but I'm starting to think that he has no idea whats gonna happen.
I want to see his face but it will probably come off when Kakashi's mask comes off...never... crying
