The small farm house stands in front of an overgrown field filled with weeds, tree stumps and rocks. Everything seems to be an utter mess and would take quite a bit of work to get in working order.
This farm would make for a great Vegetable farm or Orchard.

Tim walked over to the farm, and looked upon it with hope. Scruffy was playing with dandelions, while Tim gazed at the messy farm. "I wonder if the mayor would let us have it..." Tim mumbled to Scruffy. Scruffy let out a small bark, indicating a "Yeah!". Tim picked up Scruffy, and walked to the Mayor's Office.
