I just want to see what you think.
Leon Kennedy: Of course! Most people have established that the female redhead shown in the RE5 trailers is Claire Redfield coming to help her brother, so when he hears Claire is in trouble he comes to help.
Mike the helecopter pilot: he survived the rocket and swam off the island, and he joins an anti-umbrella movement where he becomes a support character in RE5.
Jack Krauser: Come on everyone loves him and people have beleived he died and see him come back before.
Merchant: Chris will need guns and who better to supply them than this guy after he found somewhere to hide before the island blew up, and after a few events, ended up in Africa.
Ashley Grham: She was a good character and fit perfectly into RE4 so why not have her come to help Leon (if he's in the game, that is).
Ada Wong: Her felings for Leon compell her to come and help him (if he's in the game, that is).
Luis Sera: A really cool character, let's sat he DID survive, maybe a bizzare effect of having the plaga in him and getting it removed, and since he was working for Ada before, why not again.
Some of these people are beleived to be dead, but if the Resident Evil sires has taught us anything, it's that getting killed doesn't necisarraly mean that you're dead.

so why should re4 charecters be in re5? that would be stupid. the RE series is composed of different people in different situattions that come together which builds the story. taking charecters from the different games and having them meet up is lame. keeping them seperated and having them focused on the common enemy is what makes the story that much better.

well, all seires must have an ending, and when RE comes to an end, (im not saying the end should or will be in RE5) shouldn't they put all the characters together for the last fight against wesker. Besides, mike and the merchant were sub characters, so i don't see the damage there. and i think i read somewhere that the RE4 merchant will be in RE5. And where did you find conformation that the redhead chick in the trailers was not Claire?Oh, and im pretty sure that the blond girl seen is Sherry Birkin. and one last thing, actually adressing why they should be there. They might end the seires with RE5 (still, of course, making prequels to different REs) and if they do, there are oppertuniteis for everyone to make an apperance, because one person being there will influence another person to show up, who, being there will influence another person to show up, etc.

well i found out from watching E3! and i wouldnt say shes a red head, shes more of a brunett. and no when the series ends the charecters should never meet. and if they do meet when this whole biohazard phase is said and done, what are they ganna be? alittle justice league of RE charecters? and besides, mike is dead and i think theyll have someone that is like the merchant. i dont think the merchant himself will make an apperance in afirca 4 years after RE4. that would be too much of a couincidence.

theres a chance that claire might have an apperiance in RE5. but yea graphics are ganna be kick a**!! plus it might be co-op!!

Yeah i always wanted to play co-op resident evil, and you'd be suprised how many people beleive Mike jumped out of the helicopter in time and swam off the island, or used an emergancy raft or whatever. But I hope whoever is the new merchant doesn't call you stranger 50 times in one conversation. Also, just because they all might meet up, doesn't mean they would need to stay in one group. So if they all are in the last game, and they kill wesker, doesn't mean Umbrella is finished, and there are those anti-umbrella orginazations that several of them are beleived to belong to, so they could have games surrounding them... did u notice that you are the olny one who said anything in either of my posts, besides that one person who said we know alot.

why yes i did notice. plus theres is a charecter in the game that resembles the merchant but he looks more like a bad guy. and no, they shouldnt be in a group to confront wesker. at all. the only ones who should kill wesker is chris and jill. the ones who were first betrayed by wesker or something like that, the point is that they were first. [rebecca and billy dont count since they never had contact with wesker in RE zero.]
