A system of pipes beneath the village, whose primary purpose is to redirect floodwaters. At one point in time, this was the very place that Pein used as a base-of-operations during his reign.

Arashi appeared with a small squad of ANBU in a large chamber. This place had long ago been modified to have all water run around it, and thus was perfect for his purposes. "Prepare the seal," he ordered, and eight ANBU immediately complied, arranging themselves in a rectangle formation.
He turned, looking down at Sansai. "We will wait for the other two to arrive, and then I will explain everything. Is that clear?"
Sansai nodded, crossing his arms. "What do you want me to do?"
"You should get rid of anything you don't want damaged or broken. Change into the training clothes I gave you."
"You mean the pants you gave me."
"Don't argue, Sansai. You almost lost control several times during the Chuunin exams. I gave you those clothes because this training is going to be extremely strenuous, and would likely destroy your normal clothes."
"Very well."

Mina entered as well, dressed not in her usual white shirt and shorts but in a less restricting brown gi. She set her gourd on the ground with a loud thunk, glancing appreciatively in Sansai's direction. He doesn't even have any scars on his arms... He's tough... She found herself glancing again. Nice shoulders. Scratch that, nice a**...

Sayuri appeared with Nomu, still, in the air restricted by the chains. "Be careful with this one. He's currently a loose cannon." She let him down and turned. "Send word when you are finished and I will send one to escort him back." She vanished.
Nomu stood there looking between Sansai and Mina. Not being in the mood to talk he stood there until further instruction.

Arashi sighed. "All right, now that all three of you are here, let's begin. I'm not going to mince words; this training is going to kick your asses until you won't want to get back up any more. But once you agree to do this, there is no turning back. Either you succeed in training, or you die. Does anyone here have an objection to this?"

Nomu turned his head towards Arashi and turned back. He looked off towards the pipes. Looking farther down for the end. "Let's just get it over with."

Several ANBU stepped forward, escorting the three jinchuuriki into the large rectangle.
"Good luck, you three. And try not to die. Your relatives and friends would not be very happy with me."
Each of the ANBU formed a handsign, and a wall of purple chakra surrounded the three, separating them from the outside, as well as each other. They would not be able to see out, but Arashi and the ANBU could see in.
"I hope to god I'm not wrong about this..."
Sansai looked around, visibly shocked. The pipe system had disappeared, and had been replaced by a much larger room, more like a dungeon. "What..."
"Fancy seeing you here, Sansai..."
He turned, looking even more shocked. "You."
The man standing opposite him smirked. He wore the type of clothing one might expect from a Shinto priest, fingers far too long, ending in pointed claws. He grinned, toying with the end of a strand of ebony hair and showing vicious-looking fangs. But most obvious of all was the cold, snakelike red eyes.
"Yes. Me."

Baku appeared, having left the vicinity of the hospital. He looked around at the weird pipes, how dark and gloomy they were. He knew he sensed a spike of chakra in here, most likely a jutsu.

Arashi's eyes widened, feeling someone cross into the outer reaches of the tunnels. "What..." He glanced over at the Twins, nodding. "Hand me a comscreen, now." They handed him a small device with a screen and he switched it on, flipping through the views from numerous security cameras positioned around the village.
"Camera 26, nothing, camera 27..." He paused, scrutinizing the screen. "What the fu... TWINS! BARRIER! NOW! AKATSUKI!"
Around the chamber a swirling barrier oof multi-elemental chakra rose up. At the same time, a similar barrier would appear at all entrances into the pipes and village, as well as around the Administration building.
Tashi and Kashi looked at Arashi. "Shall we" "activate the" "flood gates?"

Baku definitely felt a surge of chakra just then. "Ah, so they are down here." He began to form hand signs, the pipes around him becoming frozen; the ice creeping slowly for a few minutes until the ice stopped. Baku pursed his lips and arched a brow, marching forward to the area in where the ice stopped. He prodded the space between the walls of the pipes, feeling something there, but not seeing it. A barrier. Baku smirked to himself. It even stopped his jutsu.. And since he could not pass through it, not yet, he figured it was a barrier with the properties to prevent solid objects from passing through, as well as keeping elemental jutsu from penetrating it.
But what about plain chakra? His Water Shed began to resonate and glow with his own chakra, no element to it. And chakra was not solid; it was lucid. With a slash of his blade, he sent a blast of chakra through the barrier and down the tunnel, the force of the chakra crumpling and cracking the metal of the pipes. "If I can not get through, I will destroy all the obstacles in my way."

The barrier gave, bending inwards as the attack struck, the metal around it starting to fracture. Arashi cursed, here was the barrier's weakness; though the barrier itself was nigh-impenetrable, the materials around it were all-too fragile.
"Twins?"
"Yes, Arashi-sama!"
"Take care of things here until I return. If I do not return in one hour, the village is officially in lockdown. Get the Jinchuuriki out of here, flood the pipes and freeze them solid."
He walked to one of the entrances not being occupied, and deactivated the barrier, walking through and resealing it. He pulled out a radio and spoke calmly into it: "Uryu-sama, if you could make certain that there are no threats within the village I would be most appreciative."
He shunshin'd to the point where the attack had come from, appearing several meters behind Baku.
"I will say this only once, Baku Soujin. If you value your vile existence, you will leave this village at once."

Baku would hear static on his communication piece, Yuuma's voice would follow " Baku, You found them didnt you? where are you?"

Baku did not reply to Yuuma. He took the earpiece out and crushed it in his hand. In the area Arashi was now in, the entire surface of the pipes were coated in ice, and as fragile as glass. "I would assume you are the Amekage, no?" Baku smirked softly. "Bad form to leave your ilk all alone, hmm?" With a flick of his wrist, the light refracted off his blade and sent chakra surging through the pipes, and due to their brittleness, sent a wave of surging destruction down towards Arashi, chakra and shards of razor-sharp ice and metal flying like shrapnel in all directions.

"Kaimon, Kyuumon: Kai!" Arashi disappeared, reappearing to deliver a vicious kick to Baku's back. He rebounded from the attack, landing on one knee behind the Akatsuki, a faint blue aura starting to surround him. "My 'ilk' are enough to deal with the likes of you. I am simply preventing you from causing damage to my village. Seimon: Kai!" He pulled out two Raiken, igniting the blades in his hands with Lightning Chakra, and rushed the other ninja, slashing at him.
