Well done, Trix, for getting that far.

Le Aristocrat: I know, and he ended up winning too! haha. D: I was kinda thankful he was the only one who played that level, because my dad said he played it REALLY good. And the Ginastera guy played the last mouvement FLAWLESSLY. I was like... :O the whole time. Septomor: I don't plan on another one 'till fall-ish?

Islamey is a complete nightmare to play. I was talking with my piano tuner about it. He studied at the Royal Academy in London, and hence plays stuff like Alkan's Symphony for Solo Piano, various Concertos, etc. He admitted that Islamey was one of the most challenging things he'd ever played. An F minor Piano Sonata, eh? Thinking of following in the Appassionata's footsteps? xd I'm working on...three piano sonatas right now, and I'm completely blocked on one of them. However, the other two are getting along well. Hopefully I'll be able to upload the score for the D minor at some point. That said, it is quite difficult.

I believe Gaspard de la Nuit by Ravel can be quite challenging.. I took one glance at Ondine, and had an enormous HEADACHE. DX 3 Sonatas at once?? Are you composing by hand? You must send me your compositions!! XD

The G major (classical style) Sonata's last three movements are almost finished, the second movement is nearly written up. The D minor (long and difficult) Sonata is still in progress. The last movement is almost finished, and the first two movements are getting there. The C major (my little parody of the classical style) is around halfway done. I'll write them up on Sibelius in the Autumn hopefully.
