Hey! I've got a bizarre but true story for you.
A friend of mine thought he was divorced almost three years ago. Fifteen months ago, he went to see an attorney about some other issues, and the attorney found, in reviewing the court documents, that the divorce was not final and he was still married. He is supposed to have a hearing on June 26th, but his wife is now trying to do some things that may stall that hearing and drag this whole thing out longer, even though neither one of them can afford to continue this. If you feel so inclined, would you just pray that the Lord's will be done, that the divorce be concluded quickly and that they can come to terms with whatever is decided?

Don't know if anyone will see this, but thank you for your prayers! My friend was able to have his final hearing yesterday, and (all things considered) the outcome was pretty good. There were several moments where we could see Heavenly Father's influence and providence. It even worked out that I could be there for moral support.

AH! i don't know how i missed this forum...dang, i'm sorry! for missing it i mean, i'm so happy for the great oputcome, hahaha. well, regardless i'll pray for a pleasant future (better late than never, right?)
